Had the best Passport renewal experience ever at this Fort Washington location! Emmanuel was so helpful, efficient & professional; USPS is very lucky to have him!!

After being kicked out of several USPS locations due to me wanting to mail 300 packages, I came across this office. The staff was very friendly and was able to provide the service that a post office should be able to provide.

A great post office! The staff are so pleasant and kind. I have mailed all sorts of things with them. Most recently my wedding invitations. They were lovely as I was very nervous making sure I posted them correctly and handed them 60 envelopes to process! Thank you Ft. Washington USPS Team!

We had a very good experience for passport Application today.
Emmanuel ( Hope I spelled right) is very friendly, professional and helpful. He greeted us and offer a painting book and crayon for my 2 year old boy. He took a passport photo for my son, and explained to us everything to make sure it’s correct.The whole process is less than 15mins.
The post office is clean and tidy. Big thumbs up to all the employees there! Thank you!
