I love that they will call me to make sure if I need certain medications before delivering them to me. There are times when I have enough for that month so I don’t need to fill the medication. “I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the pharmacists at this facility. I recently switched from CVS, and initially, I had doubts, but I have experienced outstanding service since then. Dealing with my migraine medication and injectables has been challenging, involving multiple interactions between my neurologist's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance provider, Optum.The ongoing issue was primarily due to Optum RX. As I juggled school and work, the delays were causing withdrawal symptoms and exacerbating my stress, which triggered my migraines. I was on the verge of giving up on the constant back-and-forth. However, JOANNE AND AMY collaborated with my neurology office and Optum RX. While I didn't receive approval for my original prescription quantity, I am genuinely pleased with the outcome because I rely on these medications to function.Village Pharmacy At Springhouse has become my second home, and everyone here treats me like family. I am looking forward to more positive and supportive interactions. JOANNE AND AMY have truly gone above and beyond for me, as have the other pharmacists working diligently behind the scenes. “Wegmans is one of the best supermarkets ever. They sell a wide variety of food. Most of it is very healthy and looks so delicious. One of the best drinks is the O's bubble boba. It has two flavors and it is SO good. My daughter loves it. There are a lot of people in there, and it is a little cold, but those are the only two things I can complain about.”

“Excellent pharmacy! The owner and pharmacist, Jarrod Macklin, is efficient, professional, and dedicated. The staff also polite and pleasant.
They offer the DISPILL multi-dose packaging system, which is great! It sorts out your medication by day, and time of day, making it easier for you to keep track of you daily dose, and less likely to make mistakes. And, depending on your location, they also offer free delivery.

“I recently visited the bakery at the Wegmans near Montgomeryville mall. I needed some very specific items as I was buying some baked goods and breads for some pretty picky people, and some who have diet restrictions. A young lady named Rhiannon helped me, and she was so kind and patient and knowledgeable, it was obvious by the way she easily navigated every one of my concerns that she knew her job well. She was also nonchalantly straightening up shelves/merchandise as we went (tells me she takes pride in her work)- without skipping a beat in our conversation! What a refreshing change to interact with someone so in tune to the human customer in front of her!
Would recommend this bakery to anyone, and I’d encourage them to seek out this wonderful employee!”
“I really like Weis’ floral department. Their flowers are always so fresh. Believe it or not, these flowers are 3 weeks old! I bought them before Easter (3/21) and today on 4/12 they are still looking beautiful. They were also only $12.99. I always tell everyone if they need floral arrangements to go here. They also have good prices on their hot food items, which I usually pick up for an easy dinner.”

“I’ve been going to wegmans pharmacy for years. Picking up medication for my grandmother and then I moved myself and my family over to the pharmacy. My wife and I and two kids. Today I went into drop off a prescription and I was judged right off the back. It wasn’t good feeling. She realized that I’ve been coming to wegmans for over 2 years and she changed her mind. I’m in customer service. I understand protocols, rules and procedures but that was not ok. Then i literally had to ask for my sons 1 years old medicine 3 times. Everyone in the pharmacy said good bye but the head pharmacist. She was lady. I know the other head pharmacist. Those guys are very helpful and go the extra mile to make you feel warm. They say hi when I’m not even going to the pharmacy. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but please don’t judge me.”

“Can't say enough wonderful things about Adams! This little pharmacy in Keswick Village is an absolute godsend. We have a lot of pets, and online pet pharmacies or big chain pet stores cost a fortune, make you wait (um, if you need meds, you obviously need them quickly...), shipping fees, etc. Adams has a wonderful working relationship with area vets (we use Hamilton in Roslyn) and our vet calls everything in to Adams, and Adams calls us when it's ready. We have complicated meds for our crew of cats and unfortunately need a lot of compound meds that are transdermal (inside the cat ear) because the cats can't/won't take pills. And torturing a sick cat trying to force a pill, no need for that. Adams has helped us out so much by being able to make our cats' meds transdermal so our cats get the meds they need quickly so you can help your pet. My cat is in the hospice stage of his cancer and I can't torture him with pills and needles. Adams being able to make the med transdermal last minute is keeping my cat comfortable in his last days. Their pharmacy also has cute cat and dog treats, pill pockets, etc. And obviously they handle human meds too, so it's one stop meds for you and your pet! If you are looking for a locally owned small personalized friendly helpful business for your prescription needs, Adams is your go to place! And they also deliver! A++++”
