Typically, car salesmen don't have good reputations. They tend to lack patience, and they are pushy. This was not the case at Mercedes Benz in Ft Wash. My salesmans name was Brian. He's young. Meaning not much time for phone calls. He prefers to send text messages. Which worked for me. Brian is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional & a nice person. One critique i have is about the paperwork presented to me with an itemization of what you'll pay should you purchase the car. That needs to be reconfigured to show exactly what each charge represents. Pa tax, dealer fees, tags, etc. Also, the employees need to smile and greet customers with a good morning, afternoon, or evening. Which ever is applicable. My next stop was with Keith in the finance department. He is a gem. He is knowledgeable as well. Courteous, patient, professional, accommodating, with a bit of humor. For me, this was very good. His humor placed an ease over the atmosphere, making a tense situation relaxed. My time with Keith actually sealed the deal. A purchase for this amount of money for me requires some time to process all information given to me with time to pray and think about it. I believe Brian and Keith took good care of me. So I purchased the car. Thank you, Lord! Thank you, Mercedes Benz of Ft Wash.

This review is based off my experience as an AMG owner at cherry hill mb and seeing how my father in law is treated at ft wash. I have never seen a more troubling and abysmal service provided by a dealership and in direct contrast to my experience elsewhere. From the moment he bought the vehicle they sold it “accidentally” to someone else as it was being transported off the Baltimore docks and he had put the deposit down. More recently the lackluster service has been shown in how it took the service department weeks to figure out that the car was being elevated due to a faulty compressor when after it was fixed we still saw the vehicle elevated and the button that controls the mechanism is still BROKEN.
Tonight after he explained to them that the back wheels look different and weird(to which they explained no you’re wrong) we saw the rear tires wobbling and unbalanced which is dangerous. Can a manager please remedy this situation for a 80k car that’s only a few years old and to have this kind of disgraceful service is outrageous. See the video below!

They made me wait for 10 days to change my car’s tyre and gave worst customer service ever. I don’t go online and post bad stuff about places but they made it worse. Ruined my three working days.

The service department at this dealership has been consistently disappointing. My mom’s car has had recurring tire issues (busted tire about 7-8 times within the last year) on the same side, and the only explanation we receive is that the roads in Philadelphia are to blame. This seems unreasonable since our other three vehicles have had no such problems. Moreover, despite the lengthy repair times, the dealership does not offer loaner cars to us, which would be essential given the extended service duration. Communication is also poor; it's difficult to reach service representatives, and callbacks with updates are infrequent. Although the dealership was once reliable, its service quality has significantly declined.

I had to stop in at The dealer because I had a flat tire as soon as I walked into the service area, the guys took care of me right away. They replaced my flat tire with a spare as it was Saturday late evening so I could get home thank you.

Came to this dealership hoping the parts department is able to find me the parts I needed but instead the parts advisor Rocco naccarella was being ignorant and rude when asked to help me find the right parts after few minutes of him not able to do his job told me to go to different dealer to find what I need, after hearing him mouth off at me I went to the front service advisor explained him the situation and he was able to find me what I was looking for in minutes even tho parts is not his department. Anyhow Mercedes Benz of fort Washington please have people that are there to work in ur parts department not sit around and be rude to your customers…very disappointed

Workers are all nice but communication within this dealership is terrible. I was not quoted the same amount I was ultimately charged before I signed prior to the Servicing they conducted on my car. Took 3 days to do work on my car which is fine, but not when you end up charging me more than I was ever informed about. Just would make sure you take pictures of whatever you sign before you leave your car with them.

After having me car serviced my alternate battery stop working I asked if the disconnected it and was told no, I took the car back to have it checked and was told that it needed to be replaced at $400 I told them not to replace it that was 5 months ago, today I needed a new regular battery and was told it would be $460 plus tax, I went to auto zone and replaced the battery for $260 and then the altetnate battery started working again glad I asked them not to replace it, it's still a great place to buy your mercedes

Absolutely horrible experience with this dealership, tried calling the service line for the past month and no one picks up the phone , but for the sales department they’ll pick up , once asked to be transferred to the service line it leads to a dead end then you have to fall back to the sales line just for someone to play in your face and transfer you again to a dead line . Very bad management style , doesn’t give the dealership a good look whatsoever. Very disappointed with this dealship .
