It’s a great gym- it’s very clean and I like the classes and equipment. However, the childcare center isn’t great for toddlers and the staff is inexperienced. If your child cries they literally call you within 15min to pick them up- it’s a waste of time and money. The day care is also very strict- they can’t bring anything in to entertain themselves really and it’s mostly open space to play and there aren’t always kids there in my child’s age group. I wouldn’t recommend it- especially if your child has separation anxiety or any kind of special need or speech delay. They simply aren’t willing to care for them even it’s it’s just an half hour. A baby would probably do well there but not a toddler aged child.Everything else about the gym is nice and the staff is friendly.

I loved Lifetime.Looked forward to.going there. Staff is great. However, too many of the other members have no manners. They are talking om their speaker phone loudly,They dominate the equipment as if they are the only one there. The management said they receive complaints daily.I cannot relax there. So, I ended my membership ND joined a.club with more.thoughtful membersI miss it

Gym good, reception staff friendly and normally use your name. Don’t always say goodbye at least the younger staff do not.Instructors do not acknowledge anyone. They would get more customers if they made more of an effort connecting with members.Pickleball is good but it’s all about $$$$ same as your fees to be a member. Prices go up all the time and has increased 50% in the last year and the communication about fee increases is poor.I like the environment and health and fitness is very important so being in this environment is important but it is high $ for a gym.

I very much like the physical space of this club, and mostly the staff is nice. I belonged pre-2019 and the class teachers were much better. I have not found a decent exercise class since I’ve gotten back. Anything good will require more money. As one teacher told me, Lifetime is all about $$$

in the mobile application shows MY CLUB. I wasted my time and came with my 7 MONTH BABY to MY CLUB, they wouldn't let me in or even change the baby's diapers in the bathroom because, literally, "you're from Ohio, your club is in Ohio." You know how you drive half an hour with a baby to go swimming, but they don't let you in?

These pictures are from today 8/13. This gym will cost you 150$+ per month for a membership and this is what you’ll get. The sauna, steam rooms, hot tubs and pool are broken just about every week and are never fixed quickly. Locker rooms/bathrooms are disgusting and almost unusable. When I mention it to the staff the could care less. Take your money to a different gym. I visit LT’s all over the country and this is consistently the worst one.

Great facility with friendly staff and plenty of space/equipment. However I think discipline and urgency are lacking with maintenance. ?Examples from this week:1) hot tub closed for several days2) no towels at pool both times I’ve been this summer3) swimsuit dryer broken for 2+ weeks4) indoor and outdoor pools closed5) dirty showers - yesterday there was half eaten candy near the soap dispenserEarlier this summer the showers were “renovated,” which meant 1+ weeks of no shower access for men. I was surprised to discover afterwards that literally nothing had changed in the showers. ?Lastly, I wish the pool staff would monitor unused loungers and pick up abandoned towels. On the weekends, it is very difficult to find a place to sit by the pool because ppl leave towels behind on the chairs after they leave which consumes a lot of the chair real estate.

I’m a stay-at-home mom to two preschool kids, and this is the only thing that keeps me sane. The facilities are clean, modern, and bright, the staff is incredibly friendly, the fitness instructors are great, and my kids always have fun at their daycare services. Best money I spend every month!

I’ve only been a member for about a week, and I already have amazing things to say about this place! The outdoor pool is amazing. A great place to get a nice little tan and the kids to go down the waterslide and a small concession stand to grab some snacks. They have clean towels and all the bathrooms family and female restrooms. The upstairs gym has a wide range of workout equipment and lots of spaces for you to join in on classes, such as yoga Pilates, cycling and more. I have done two of these classes and they are a great work out. They are absolutely wonderful and the teachers have been phenomenal.I adore the staff that I have interacted with super friendly and helpfulThe kids space is a great place for your kids. My son has really enjoyed going in and meeting new friends!Their hours are really good and definitely worth the extra price for this gymWe pay just about 250$ for our whole family to go and it is perfect considering we have used this facility 4-5 times a week if not moreI also have type one diabetes and I ended up having a really good work out but it plummeted my blood sugars down to the 40s dazed and confused, not feeling my best feeling like I was going to pass out I reached out to one of the staff members in the women’s restroom to see if she could help me find my locker to get so my glucose tablets and she did not hesitate, she had me sit down while she was able to get my stuff for me and I was able to get one of my sons juice boxes to get my blood sugar back up. She stayed with me for a moment and make sure I had everything I needed!I really appreciate the quick response and help during one of my blood sugar emergencies.I also wanna shout out the yoga teacher Laura, for really taking time to show me how to do the steps and breathe though my workout! She was super friendly and stop to talk to me after she took her time to get to know me and my workout journey! she is amazing I really appreciate her going out of her way!If you’re thinking about joining a gym, I definitely recommend this gem especially if you have a family there’s plenty to do here for everybody!I plan on checking out their hair salon that they have provided soon and I’ll probably add that to my review in a few weeks!

I wanted to wait until I’d been a member for more than a week to review and can see with certainty after about a month, I really love this gym. Imo it’s the best there is. The facilities are always clean and the staff are always so nice. I’ve been taking classes regularly and genuinely think that’s where the price point pays for itself.A boutique barre studio in Philly is around $180 a month.A yoga studio monthly membership is around $150 (low end)Spin facilities average about $25 per ride or $150 a month (again low end)The membership at this location is $129 a month so if you go to these classes regularly, it’s much cheaper than the cost of all these individual memberships. The best part? The spin instructors are cyclists who train and compete in triathlons, the barre instructors are as good as boutique barre classes in the city and the same with the yoga teachers. My point is, it doesn’t feel like some random fitness coach was put in to teach a barre class. It’s a legit barre instructor and same with the yoga teachers, spin instructors etc…. They’re legit. Their practice is legit and they take their classes seriously. I feel like it’s an absolute bargain at that monthly price point especially coming from the city and spending hundreds on these types of boutique classes monthly. Let’s not forget they have a dry sauna, steam room, hot tub, indoor AND outdoor pools with designated lap lanes OR leisure lanes/sections as well as tons of cardio machines and weights with racks, a basketball court, full spa, cafe, and stuff for kids (even though I don’t have any I think it’s a great service for parents). I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to go from new member to regular in all my classes.

I enjoy this gym. This location is pretty nice and spacious with a pool. The instructors for classes are friendly and can challenge you according to your fitness level. There are areas that can be a bit corporate/bureaucratic, so I wish there was more flexibility.

Recently I was invited to a kids birthday party and My husband and I was in awe he immediately said we’re getting a membership here. On our way out we ask about the membership and the man at the front desk was so nonchalant. We asked about the price and explained it will be 4 people on the membership, he just showed us the price. I asked what are the amenities? because the pool was important for my kids and he replied “yeah that’s included” I asked ok what else and his reply was it depends on what’s important to you. Immediately I shut the conversation down and left. I’m completely turned off! He didn’t have to sell us on anything we were already sold just wanted a little more information. We’ll just stay at our own gyms. In the future, if someone is inquiring about a place they never been maybe lay out what you offer and what’s an additional add on, just give the information for inquiring members.

Been a member of this gym since 2019. I've been to several other LTs across the country, and this is my favorite one. I love the layout, the amenities, and the staff. That said, there are a couple improvements that can be made:1. Cafe team member training/staffing. Not exaggerating, 5/5 of of the last times I've been to the Cafe, the kids have made my shake incorrectly. From adding the wrong add-ins, to using the wrong protein flavor. Wait times are also ridiculously long (20 minutes for a shake??). Also, please teach these kids how pathogens work. Hands should be washed in between touching money/phones/credit cards and food. I've complained about this before in a survey.2. Weight plates left on machines and general upkeep of gym floor. I realize it's hard to control people who are ignorant or just dismissive of gym etiquette, but I shouldn't have to remove 45# weights from machines every time I want to use one. Also, lots of towels all over the place and often, the wipe containers are empty. Staff can definitely address this more timely.3. There are a few members who don't realize or don't care that they live in society with others, and hoard machines and benches during busy times. I'll refrain from sharing my opinion on them, but I guess no gym is immune to these types of "special" people.4. Get a belt squat machine ?

Parul at the Life Spa is absolutely fantastic! I went to her for a 60 min botanical facial treatment and it was the best my skin has felt in years. Great exfoliating treatment and a honey enzyme mask. One thing that I especially loved is that when I had questions about her products and process Parul was happy to explain each step in detail and show me the purpose of each product. I learned a lot and felt great after. Book with her!

The front desk staff is friendly but the management of the facility is prejudiced against minorities. As a black man, they sided with a white woman on her complaint against me because they don't value the opinions of a black man when I was clearly innocent.I'll never go back there again.
