If I had the ability to give and provide "0" stars I would to Globalgig and its team. They were 3 hrs late for an appointment time that they set mind you and let my team know they would be 3 hrs late only after already being an hour late. When got on the phone post the Globalgig team offered "0" apologies merely pushing the blame on FedEx for hardware arriving later than expected. Just a note and basic Business 101-customer/prospect is not concerned with the why rather that things did not go according to plan/schedule and an apology or some type of empathy goes a long way when attempting to get a prospect to agree to and pay for a comprehensive solution (to start locally with the potential for national and ultimately international connectivity solution). One of my employees was forced to sit on side of the road for 3 hrs ~100+ miles from our home office on a Friday afternoon and when their tech arrived on-site admitted to a member of my staff that he had no idea how to use survey equipment and experienced numerous issues attempting to call back office for support only to receive none. This entire ordeal took an additional 2+ hrs with tech saying they were unable to conduct site survey and get necessary readings then leaving while Globalgig later saying the equipment was reading and the tech did not know it was so we have all information necessary for the comprehensive report and ultimately for our invoice to be paid. The final straw was although my firm offered to pay for any associated due diligence required prior to advising on a solution/proposal-the Globalgig team saying the CFO needs and/or requires a POF (Proof of Funds) before issuance of said proposal/quote. Their response saying a furniture company would and does do the same prior to ordering. Actually from my experience and those of others whom I know they take a look at business credit/paydex and/or ask for a PG (personal guarantee) but do not ask for POF for the purchase of furniture from my experience. The dismissiveness was pervasive and the customer service was incredibly lacking-would advise one to run not walk away from them as dealing with them will only elevate your blood pressure in addition to shortening your lifespan. Have to wrap up here now as I am off to pay their invoice for their less than mediocre work, subpar performance, and lacking customer service.

Odd that only bad reviews are here. I've used many different VoIP providers, and Velis4 has consistently been the best all around. I have setup accounts with them for multiple clients. Excellent reliability, call quality, features, and the fact that I get an actual engineer on the phone when I have a problem. Any issue whether pre-sales or post has been taken care of very efficiently. I'm baffled by the reviews complaining about the support - because this has been one of the key reasons I've used Velis4. Their support has been stellar!

TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! Service, Quality and Features were terrible. Even my cancellation request was completely messed up.

Markets itself as a Skye for Business SIP trunking providers, but it's NOT CERTIFIED by Microsoft. My 5 year experience with them was really poor for supporting Lync and Skype. Also, the LOST one of our 800 numbers (matched our business name). They then billed us for it for 3 years thought. When we asked help resolve it, the CEO called me personally to make promises...and never followed up once. So I'd say the firm is rotten to the core.Avoid this firm if your a business.

Place is a total rip off. Understaffed, under qualified, what a joke, just the worst possible experience dealing with these clowns ever. High recommend you take your business elsewhere.
