Called to inquire about a replacement for my GE Café Above the Range microwave oven. Monica was a tremendous help with determining availability of stock, processing my order, and scheduling the installation. Very quick and easy, the call didn’t last more than 10 minutes. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Once again, I had a great experience dealing with Gerhard’s. In the market for a high-end range, we were so pleased to secure a Wolf. Monica‘s help from the moment we entered until final decision and paperwork was signed was completely professional. Her and her fellow coworkers answered all our questions and made our experience once again seamless and comfortable for us. An old sales motto used to be, service, quality, and price…pick two. However, this time as before, we got all three with Gerhard’s. I wholeheartedly recommend your next major appliance purchase be with them and especially Monica and the staff in Spring House.

Absolutely amazing experience. Walked in and Daniel quickly assessed our needs, answered our questions, and made a recommendation. We had an enjoyable time and walked out minutes later w a new dishwasher. A wonderful experience- would highly advise you to look for your appliances here!

I went just to learn about appliances for a future home purchase. However, Nick was so knowledgeable and helpful that he sold me on three appliances right away. I feel confident that he really understood all the capabilities, benefits, and disadvantages of all of the products in the store. I ended up leaving the store purchasing items that were above the quality that I had expected to buy, but still well within my expected price range.
