The self-wash stations are falling apart and the equipment doesn’t work. The presoak line doesn’t produce any soap; by contrast the rinse line clearly has years of old soap caked up in it, so you can’t get a clean rinse; and the “spot free” rinse setting does not produce any water, probably because the filter is clogged. Unless you’re just trying to knock some mud off your fenders don’t bother with this place. Your car will end up dirtier than when you started. And meantime your card is getting charged for every minute you spend trying and failing to get the equipment to work.

Very friendly staff from the sprayers in the front to the dryers at the end. Everyone greets you like you are family, and they take pride in having a great work product (my clean car). Sometimes there is a long line but it moves quickly. The owner is very hands on. You see him there all the time. His leadership and pride in his company really trickles down through his employees. They will go the extra mile if you need some special attention to a spot on your car or if something accidentally gets vacuumed up. The owner himself came out to help me go through the vacuum container after I heard something go up the tube from under my seat and I was not sure what it was. We found the item and all is good.
If you get the monthly car wash, the big extra that makes it worth it is the free vacuumed tokens that are included. The location is very convenient. It is located right by the turnpike exit so you can always arrive at your destination in a clean car.

Great wash - nice workers. The monthly deal is good but I do wish they would make it reciprocal for their Glenside location seeing as they are owned by same folks

Dropped my car off for interior detailing. They got every “nook and cranny” and were finished the same day. $110 was worth it to me

On a typical morning, leaving Lifetime and heading back toward Erdenheim, or more likely to the turnpike, I always see a line of cars at the car wash. Typically too long to want to wait, though I never regret going. If you can get in and be at least the sixth or seventh car in line, it moves pretty quickly and should take about 20 minutes. On the upside, it’s a very convenient location. The washing equipment appears to be more modern, which makes me think it may be a better wash, better for care of the vehicles, and hopefully better for the environment. I’m not sure if any of this is true, but it sounds good. On the downside, the vacuuming is a pay service which differs from other local car washes that offer the vacuuming free of charge. Typically the front and staff who are working the register and pre-wash are nice and friendly. The staff at the back coming out of the tunnel can be hit or miss. Prices are slightly higher than some of its counterparts, though you are getting the convenient location. about 50% of the time, I am offered the monthly unlimited pass option. They have not signed on. Personally will not wash the car that often, though if you or someone who does, it may be economically appealing to explore this option. Overall highly recommend this location.

This is a 100% unbiased review. The car wash is good. The unlimited washes option is a good deal if you have time to get your car washed weekly. Feel as though the car could be dried better and my car isn't always 100% clean. The tire shine splashes all over your car unless you wait for it to dry which is a little annoying. I skip that option although it's included in the unlimited wash package I have. Almost 100% of the check in people are really nice and seem to car about doing a good job.

Early morning 7am I’m first to get washed. The washer guy is told by me that the cars been sitting and the window doesn’t work. He begins to be disrespectful telling me you don’t get out the car. Then I tell him calm down and he says f that he doesn’t have to calm down. As you can imagine NEVER AGAIN.

I really like this place, I handwash my car here the employees are great and really try to keep the bays clean. Unfortunately, selfish people ie... gardeners, construction workers etc... bring their filthy work vehicles and get mud, dirt, leaves and quite often nails and screws all over the bays! these ignorant fools think they can come to this place dump all their garbage and drive off! I always thank the guys working here for trying their best to keep it clean.

I can’t say it Enough that the clean machine car wash of Fort Washington is Great I have been going there for 15 plus’s years and the Employees have ALWAYS been vary friendly and courteous not once have they ever been negative too me they always do a excellent job at the wash and I have also had them detail my truck and wife’s car

Paid for the ceramic service for $25 yet wheels, windshield and bumper still remained dirty. Save your money
In regards to your reply, my MB is regularly cleaned. The individuals drying the car left windows and car still wet. You should consider updating your brush system for better coverage.
