Avoid this bank like the plague. Kathleen did everything possible to not do any work, or to provide any customer service. I tried this bank because it was closer but wells fargo never had any issues, or excuses of not providing basic bank services to their customers.

Waited in line for 20 min at the drive thru to cash a check and arrived at the drive thru chute at 12:01pm. They closed after I waited in line for 20 min. Uuugh

I would give zero stars if I could. Heartless mega-bank. I had to get added to my dying father's accounts and provided a duly certified original copy of my power of attorney so that I could pay the medical bills for this dying WW2 veteran. I was told I would have to wait from Thursday until Tuesday to get access to his accounts and safe deposit box. I tried to get someone to expedite the process and was categorically denied even the opportunity to talk to ANYONE about it. My bank told me they would have allowed access immediately given the same circumstances. The sign behind the customer service representative said they promise to be sympathetic. What hypocrisy!

I liked this bank when it was Abington Savings Bank. Now under BB&T monthly fees on a basic savings account have increased to $10.50 / month. I'm going to close my account.
