“Very friendly staff from the sprayers in the front to the dryers at the end. Everyone greets you like you are family, and they take pride in having a great work product (my clean car). Sometimes there is a long line but it moves quickly. The owner is very hands on. You see him there all the time. His leadership and pride in his company really trickles down through his employees. They will go the extra mile if you need some special attention to a spot on your car or if something accidentally gets vacuumed up. The owner himself came out to help me go through the vacuum container after I heard something go up the tube from under my seat and I was not sure what it was. We found the item and all is good.
If you get the monthly car wash, the big extra that makes it worth it is the free vacuumed tokens that are included. The location is very convenient. It is located right by the turnpike exit so you can always arrive at your destination in a clean car.”
“Absolutely phenomenal service. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. This shop is very honest and works hard to assist the customer in any way possible, whether it be financially, or with recommendations on repairs. Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Absolutely outstanding service. I did a PPI with the team at German Auto Specialists and have been blown away. They took several detailed documented photos, ran through a comprehensive mechanical snd cosmetic checklist, and reviewed the results with me in 24 hours (Alex took a call over the weekend for me as I was in a rush)! Not only that, they also continued to spend their time and engagement with me post PPI, as I had further questions after the PPI.
It’s very rare to find honest and thoughtful mechanics who truly care about their customers and know their stuff. I know I will be using them as my trusted mechanic, even though I live in NYC. That’s how good they are.”

Kevin put his blood sweat and tears into it and i couldn’t be more pleased. He was professional and listened to all my concerns. I didn’t think my car could look this good. “This place is awesome! Came here based on a recommendation from my girlfriend's co-worker who's family has been coming for years. First off, they offer cash discounts. Second, they work as fast as they're able to. I had to get both brake pads and rotors replaced for the back and they had everything done in under 2 hours and charged me a flat rate. I will be absolutely coming here from now on. I live 35 minutes away from this place and will be more than happy to take the drive anytime for any issues I have with my car. “After getting a new car 2 years ago, I looked around for a highly reputable hand car wash and found Wheel Works.
I paid for an upgrade during my last visit and didn’t notice until after I left that it wasn’t taken care of. I called to see if anything could be done (understanding if not) and right away Enoch, the manager, told me to come back and he’d take care of it himself. I got another wash on the house, a true upgrade, and a coupon for a free wash - which he absolutely did not have to do.
I will always take my business to honest humans like this guy - if you have a problem with your wash, let him know! Don’t just write a crappy review and complain about it ?”
