I just wanted to drop a note and say thank you for the great service today at the Forest City Kost store. I haven't taken my vehicles to Forest City for quite some time because of the last management and service. I was very happy to see John and Chris and new faces, all friendly and professional. They were actual able to squeeze me in on Friday afternoon to get some needed work done so I was able to have my truck for the weekend. They shared everything about the status of tires, brakes and exaughst.I will start returning to the new crew in Forest City! Thanks to team yesterday. Sincerely, Bill

Brought my car in to get my window fixed and new brakes. They let me know the window gear was worn (car is 10 years old) and it needed to be replaced. After the work was done, as I was driving home I noticed what sounded like metal scraping metal sound. I brought the car to a mechanic referred to us and they let me know there was a piece of metal scraping against the front passenger brake. Also, my window was not fixed correctly and still comes off the track and it will not go up all the way correctly. If the gear was fixed this shouldn't still be happening. After spending well over a thousand dollars, I still had issues. I wouldn't bring my car to any Kost location after this.

The workers here are very professional. I’ve had problems with my car, they had no problem explaining to me what the diagnosis is and how to go about it. Prices are very reasonable for the services done. Would definitely be bringing my car back here.

Went in for alignment
Pick up car mgr said it was good to go
Drove towards scranton making squeaking sounds around corners took too another garage they put on lift to discover broken bolt and it wasn't aligned.
So I was sent out with a car with a newly sheared bolt.

The staff is consistently friendly. In the past year, I've visited twice for tire issues, always with one of my kids in tow. Today, they went above and beyond by setting up a space for my child to color, providing fresh crayons and coloring sheets. As we left, a staff member noticed my son near the night key drop-off, and he took the time to help him look through. It's refreshing to experience down-to-earth, excellent service from genuinely nice guys, especially during a stressful moment.

I noticed a nail in my tire while in Forest City went to Kost and they took care of it within an hour (no appt). They also didn't charge me. Wonderful experience

Took my car to this location in Forest City, a couple months back to change brakes an rotor pads. Car started to squeak immediately after. Me thinking it new brake’s noise(give it time) time went past still making noise so we bring it back to check on break’s & rotor . Workers say they are fine you need a tension pulley but it’s on back order. As we looked everywhere for at least a month finally put new pulley on.. STILL MAKING THAT LOUD NOISE!! Bring car back, worker no that’s something with your ignition and it’s very expensive also on back order..putting our trust in Kost didn’t get a second opinion (silly) noise is getting louder now takes car to a Jeep dealership. Guess what?! It’s the brakes and rotors. Bring car back to Forest City Kost Tire worker oh we did them a while back so proceed to charge.NEVER EVER AGAIN!!
