Stopped by to get some replacement shrubs. Needed some help to find out what kind of shrub it was first. Then help locating it. No one was around at first. After locating someone he told us what type of plant he thought it was and where it was. Not willing to come show us. We looked where he told us and found a similar shrub but not the right kind. We stopped by the office again looking for some help again. Same guy then argued that we just weren't looking in the right spot. He was incredibly rude about. Worst service I ever had at any nursery. Even if I did find the shrub I wanted, he certainly wasn't going to help me load them or get them to my car!! Never go back here again.Hiw hard would it have been to walk 20 ft to help a person.

Great experience cutting down our own tree. Hayride from the parking lot/main area over to the field was nice, and still a good selection despite us waiting until mid-December to get our tree.

my family has cut our live Christmas tree every year from this farm for almost 20 years. it is a gorgeous farm filled with strong, reliable trees. this year i took one of my couples to the farm for engagement photos, and they were so accomodating, even showed me around to the best parts of the farm. it’s $30 per couple to photograph here, and they cut off sessions on Thanksgiving so keep that in mind when planning your shoots they are truly the best!

Every year for many years we have bought Christmas trees from Lake Forest. Lovely fresh trees, staff very helpful wrapping the tree, getting it in our pick up truck. Fair price.

Lucky we found this place after being unlucky elsewhere and had a wonderful experience cutting down a Christmas tree!!It seemed like an awesome family owned farm. People were welcoming, explained to us what to do. $85 they took us on a short tractor ride to an area we could cut down a tree and so many were beautiful. We got a perfect tree! We will prob be back yearly. So glad we found you! Thanks for sharing your tree farm with the community!

It was our first time getting a real tree and all the staff was very nice and helpful! Wonderful people who made the entire experience a smooth and memorable one! Thank you Lake Forest Gardens! Side note: they are CASH ONLY but they do have an ATM on site!

Always an awesome experience. Ride the tractor, and cut your own tree. The trees are getting more expensive, but the quality and service are top notch.

Excellent nursery with amazing customer service. We bought (2) varieties of trees here for our yard. They spent extra time driving us around to pick out the perfect type, the delivery was excellent, the pricing was very good. Love that this is a 3rd generation business and the pride shows. We've been getting our Xmas trees here for the past 3 of 4 years. Went somewhere else last year...and returned this year. They have the best selection and even the pre-cut are pretty fresh !

Nice place. Trees are reasonably priced I suppose. It's a good experience for kids riding out into the field on the cart and cutting down the tree yourself. I brought a chainsaw, but they do provide a tree saw as well.
