I am updating my review to 3 stars after the assistant manager, Trish, returned from lunch she was helpful in letting me know the manager will be in 2/27 and sending him an email to reach out to me. I am waiting to hear back from manager, Alex, on 2/27. Hopefully everything can be resolved as I have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years.

I am very concerned I went in the Folsom branch to get money out of my savings the lady told me to put my card in and asked how much I wanted never ever did she asked for my ID or I didn’t have to put my PIN number in , so my guess is anyone can find my card and go in Wells Fargo and get my money if I loss my card!!

The older white lady with brown & grey hair at this bank on stole money from me while I was trying to make a deposit on 3/29/21 came in with a large amount of cash that I had just counted out myself accurately 10 mins prior to getting there tried to count the money by hand which was already a red flag from the start I told her use the money counter like every other banker does with a deposit she didn't even ask me do I know how much it is I'm depositing then she walk to the money counter & counts out 4,000 in 20s & comes back & tries to count the rest by hand & it's 100 dollar bills she's acting like she can't count then tells me I'm like 1,000 short of the money I brought it & I said just give me my money back I didn't even want to deposit it anymore then she's still trying to count it out & tells me I'm 200$ short so I said give me my money back again & I left & counted out my money & its 200$ short because she stole that & tried to steal over 1,000 in the first place this bank already has 1 star reviews I see why because Wells Fargo is known for stealing out of peoples account ! Never bank here !!!! They have a theif on their hands & im calling in tomorrow to report her & have her fired !!!!!!

I didn't like the fact that you could not enter without an appointment. Then I call the number for an appt and I received the automated system. Press 1 for this, 2 for that, etc. I finally just hung up!! The only other alternative is drive-thru service. I opted not to do this, because I needed the account# which is on another phone. I refused to allow my driver's license to travel up and down the chute, since it could get lost. When I arrived at another location, the associate was kind enough to disclose what branches a customer was able to get into. The branch in the Bala Cynwyd shopping center and the Conshohocken branch. I high-talled it over to Bala Cynwyd and the associate there was nice!!!

It says nothing on the 10 pages posted on the front door that only 3 people are permitted in the bank lobby at a time. It does however say max occupancy is 34, but yet I am standing in the lobby. I wish this inconsistent policy gave bank employees a sense of urgency but it doesn’t, they just walk by without a care in the world. Also have to question why the guard sanitizes the teller window area after each guest, but not the ATM. I know very one is trying but inconsistent polices makes for terrible customer service

This bank is always backed up and both ATMs run out of money. Called and spoke to a teller who said it’s rough times? It’s 12:30 in theafternoon and customer’s are receiving stimulus checks and your ATMs are out of money. Get your act together please not everyone has ahalf hour lunch break to sit in your ridiculous lines ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Every time I walk into this bank there are 3 tellers sitting at the desk but only 1 is helping customers. Be prepared to wait at least 10-15 minutes to be helped

Drive up window was difficult. I have been a customer for 25 yrs and never have been given the treatment I was given by this teller. I will never use this branch again.

Great customer service when we opened a bank account...loved the financial education she gave our chid as well.
