The older white lady with brown & grey hair at this bank on stole money from me while I was trying to make a deposit on 3/29/21 came in with a large amount of cash that I had just counted out myself accurately 10 mins prior to getting there tried to count the money by hand which was already a red flag from the start I told her use the money counter like every other banker does with a deposit she didn't even ask me do I know how much it is I'm depositing then she walk to the money counter & counts out 4,000 in 20s & comes back & tries to count the rest by hand & it's 100 dollar bills she's acting like she can't count then tells me I'm like 1,000 short of the money I brought it & I said just give me my money back I didn't even want to deposit it anymore then she's still trying to count it out & tells me I'm 200$ short so I said give me my money back again & I left & counted out my money & its 200$ short because she stole that & tried to steal over 1,000 in the first place this bank already has 1 star reviews I see why because Wells Fargo is known for stealing out of peoples account ! Never bank here !!!! They have a theif on their hands & im calling in tomorrow to report her & have her fired !!!!!!

Every time I walk into this bank there are 3 tellers sitting at the desk but only 1 is helping customers. Be prepared to wait at least 10-15 minutes to be helped

Drive up window was difficult. I have been a customer for 25 yrs and never have been given the treatment I was given by this teller. I will never use this branch again.

I usually have a good experience at this branch. But today I need it too cancel to online checks and had a very hard time doing so. I do my banking there every week 2 withdrawal deposit and transfer and today I got a phone call checking on my activity even though I was just there a half hour ago with two bank tellers taking care of my transactions. I understand they're verifying transactions but I was in there every week and they should know me. it shouldn't be that hard to void an online bill payment check so my rating for today is poor

Are you kidding me!! This branch is the worst. You always have a long wait line, and the tellers more so slow. I understand that you are getting paid by the hour, but on my day off I really don't want to be herded like cattle in your rope line waiting for you to help me. Not only that I have to pay my school taxes through the Wells Fargo branches. Some how they lost my almost $4400 check for taxes. Now I have to do all the leg work, including canceling my check and getting a fee for it, just so I can resolve my taxes. I stopped banking with Wells Fargo a few years ago and that was the best decision ever. Needless to call this a bank is a joke!

This branch here is a joke!! They say they want to do business with us, but in actuality all they want is the money we bring in for them to play with. Every time I walk in here to do my business; they stop me and try to sell me something they're currently offering. I have to admit I bite in one or two things they are offering, and I have no qualms about it. Then when it's the other way around, holy crap I have to play the game of justifying what and why I need it. SCREW YOU!! I'm done with you clowns! Take my money elsewhere, where at least they can fake a better appreciation for my business. That tall lady that was in charge push me to make this switch, thanks you.
