I needed to somehow get some vapes to my loved one as they’re no longer allowed to be shipped via any source. She is always willing to explain everything in detail and offers you help with anything you may need or suggests what is on sale. The store is well kept and always clean. I like that she always offers to try out (certain) products (vapes) before you leave so if there is any issues with your product she will immediately exchange it for another product or something of the same value. “I happened to be in the area of the 3400 block of Sansom Street today in West Philadelphia and a familiar sign caught my eye from 22 years ago; Avril 50. Avril 50 was a regular stop in my patrol days and I loved walking into the shop. Always the wonderful aroma of brewing coffees and chocolate dancing with other exotic smells and the smells of fine papers and magazines. It always felt to me like stepping from West Philadelphia into a magical pocket of Europe. As it looked exactly the same, I wondered if anything had changed in the past 22 years and as soon as I crossed the threshold, I found that it was the same - like stepping back 22 years, yet somehow I was that much older. The proprietor was still there, still the same and looking no different - something that confirmed my belief that this was a magical and wonderful pocket paradise tucked away on a small West Philadelphia street. A brief catch-up chat, a shopping bag of fine teas and a perfectly brewed double-espresso to takeaway later; I stepped back into the bright Fall sun of West Philadelphia. I found myself smiling as I sipped the espresso, happy that one of the best things for me in that neighborhood has remained unchanged for others to enjoy and to continue to discover. It will not be another 22 years before I make my way back - that is for certain.”
“I stopped by here last night on my way home and I'm glad I did. I was able to find street parking across the street which was nice. The area is very busy so I can see parking being a challenge. The cigar selection is abundant and the service was great. They had trivia last night which was a ton of fun. Even if you don't smoke cigars, this is a cool spot to grab a drink and chat with friendly people.”

“Edgemont Beer has been MY goto beer store for as long as I have lived in West Chester/Newtown Square. The guys working there are always welcoming, knowledgeable and just cool. The beer selection is top notch ad as an added bonus they have a great little humidor to pick up some Cigars for a round of Golf or just hanging out. They have a great selection of single cans available too for when I want to try a Beer before buying a six pack or case. I recommend Edgemont Beer and Cigar to everyone I know. Give these guys some business, it's a really cool neighborhood shop.”
“After being let down for the second time trying to see what the hype is over cheesesteaks in Philly, I ran across this cigar lounge where I met Ralph. He and the other guys who seemed to be regulars were extremely hospitable. After I purchased my cigars, I decided to sit down and lounge with them. I was offered a beer and we sat and talked for, at least, an hour while it rained cats and dogs outside. If I'm ever in the area, again, I have to stop through and pay Ralph a visit. For a place known for "brotherly love", this shop was the only place I can say I got that feeling. Awesome selection with a modest and intimate atmosphere.”
“I love this store! Do they have everything? No. Do they have almost everything? Yeah they do. Pretty much anything alcoholic you’re looking for is in this store with extensive selections to choose from and a large humidor. There is always a lot of staff in the aisles and everyone is happy to stop and help you find what you’re looking for. The only downside to this stopping here is always spend more than I was planning because I pick up 1-2 bottles of something new to try.”

“This place is the best. Every time I go in, their employee gives me the run down on any new vape that he thinks I may like and will usually give me a discount on any vape I try that is new or different from my usual purchase. Usually if they introduce me to a new product that is more than I expected to spend and I only have exact change for what I originally intended to buy they will usually let me slide on a few bucks here and there. This is the only place that I will buy vapes, I've never had trouble with any vape I've purchased from them.”
