Went into the Folsom branch and was told to come back and that it would be an hour wait when asked if we would be next in to be seen they said they had no idea. African American man was very rude and had no idea what he was doing. Told us we’re better off going to another bank. Unapologetic and very unprofessional and rude. Go else where for banking.

Worst Bank ever! Constantly closing 10 minutes early, apprpx. every 15 transactions they deactivate my card citing unusual use patterns (i guess thats a government requirement to better track us). Then it takes 7 to 10 business days for a new one. They've refused transactions with me if I a check is made out to Ted vs. Theodore (yet theyll call me Ted. If i don't have a debit card, They've refused to process the transaction. To add insult to injury they've actually questioned me about what I am doing with my money.

For the third time in 2 weeks I was told that the only person who can open an account me was “too busy”. Customer service is terrible and seem annoyed that someone is asking for assistance. Going to another bank.

The customer service rep that helped me on March 27th was horrible. He never greeted me or said anything when I left. He made me feel as if I was interrupting or bothering him. I gave it 2 star because the teller who initially helped me was friendly enough. Based solely on the customer svc staff, I would avoid this place like a plague.

Went in there today to open a new checking account. James Williams was who helped me and he is awesome!! Very friendly and helpful. Very happy I came here to open an account everyone seems very friendly.

The bank manager Jabair McCoy should be fire rude as can be asking for ssn and could ask for account to pull up account. And Pee-wee Herman tellér is no better.

If I could give a minus fifty I would this banks manager and policies are rediculous and down right idiotic!!! I was told because I wasn't an account holder that they wouldn't cash my 2500 dollar check that was written by a very large account holder of THERES !!! so what that policy tells me is that there worried about there own customers ripping them off. The manager actually verified the check that it was good and the funds were there but still embarrassed there account holder who I had to go back to and tell them there check was no good and there debt was unpaid at the end of the day Friday when nothing could then be done til monday smh.The account holder is in the process of taking there very large account else where after that one. Worst branch ever and the manager is a little weasel who's anti helpful!

This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever done business with. Besides the two women tellers and the white guy in the middle cubicle - the rest of the staff is a joke. The two “branch managers” are most ignorant, arrogant and unprofessional bank employees that I have ever dealt with. A phony title and an office seems to make them think they are better than everyone else.I left my bank of 15 years - thinking it was going be a good move and it was a huge mistake. Nothing but issues from day one. And it takes forever for them to count money. Was there almost 10 minutes for $300. Just a horrible branch - if you decide to bank with Santander - avoid the one in Folsom!!

Everything about this bank is an issue. The tellers are certainly nice enough, and do there best to help you. No issues there. The policies, management, and lack of due diligence is another thing however. Bank elsewhere. Literally anywhere else. Previous bad reviews are very accurate.
