Tax time again and I really appreciate the service I received from my tax professional, Mandy, at HR Block on MacDade Blvd. The option of setting up an appointment to drop off my tax documents, having a helpful receptionist at the front desk, and the option to either call and speak with Mandy directly with my questions or through the HR Block app made the process flow seamlessly. Having a tax professional complete my taxes gives me peace of mind. Give them a try.

I walked in at 7pm with 10 w2s and 3 1099s. They still allowed me to come in still sat there until 9pm helping me prepare my return. It took alot of time as mine were from 3 differnt states. It took 3 agents to prepare my taxes but they did everything to get them done. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me with my taxes

So, they changed my filing status from hoh with 2 dependents to just single, and are trying to tell me that it would have only been a $99 dollar difference. Very unhappy with the services and will go elsewhere. Never again.

Jennifer Lynn is a QUEEN. She emergently did my taxes (which are complicated) in about 10 minutes after something went wrong in the online system and no one had done my taxes at another location. She was so great on the phone and explained my returns thoroughly. Would highly recommend her for your taxes!!!

Roxanne serafino has ignored me for 6 days now and the office has not answered the 10 calls I’ve made. Absolutely reporting you to the bbb and never will use hrblock again. Also put in a complaint into the corporate office. She should be let go. I’ve been waiting for her to finish my taxes for an entire month and now I’m past the deadline. I was quoted $250 to finish what she started, and neglected. This is my life she has messed with. I hope hrblock is happy.
