Fantastic customer service and delicious gelatis and milkshakes!! The two gentlemen that helped us today were so kind!! They honestly made the entire experience that much better. We will definitely be back again!!

This is my second time here both back to back. Not only is the water ice delicious but the prices are affordable! Every worker is polite, patient and smiling the entire time. 10/10 recommend. Way better than the cooperate ice cream shops around.. flavor, price, and service wise!

It was my first time at Fred’s Water Ice and was very impressed. Their gelati was awesome! House made mango water ice was the best I’ve had. Definitely coming back!!
