I cannot thank and recommend Clays enough. I have been dealing with an issue on my '23 Subaru since March it has been back and forth to the dealer 4 times for the same noise. On reccomendation from the body shop I use, I brought it to Clays. Not only did they find the noise, they fixed the issue that could not be found, IN ONE VISIT!!!! The extra work and explanation in the issue was top notch. They have now gained a new customer for all work.

My family and I have been going to Clay’s for years! They are quick, honest, and reliable! My car battery died on Sunday and I dropped my car off at the shop after the car got jumped. I spoke with Clay’s Monday morning and told them what happened. My car was ready by noon that day! I can’t express enough how much I appreciate fitting me in your busy schedule. 10/10 recommend Clays!

Felt like my problem mattered. Went for drive with me so I could show and explain my concerns. They investigated it thoroughly and suggested options with quotes. Definitely different from the experiences at car dealers. Will definitely be back.

They did a great job on my car! They were able to lower it, align it, and give it an oil change among other things. They were quick and their prices were very fair. I would highly recommend and I will be returning!

I took my car to Clay’s for my yearly inspection and I was happy I did so. They gave me a break down of exactly what I needed to fix to pass inspection and provided other recommendations for things to fix in the future. They finished my car right before closing, but stayed open so I could come pick it up. When I got there, I realized they charged a fee for credit cards, but they were willing to set up a Venmo account to allow me to pay and avoid the fee! Overall a good experience and I plan to take my car back to Clay’s for future maintenance.

As a woman who knows nothing about cars and mechanics it’s so refreshing to deal with a group who do not try to take advantage of that. Matt has always been forth coming, honest and so unbelievably helpful. He always has the customers best interest in mind! I'm sure they do great work - They absolutely must, as their prices are beyond that of even a dealership. They nickel and dime you for every single thing. I was told an oil change would be "around $60" and by time they were done it ended up being $90 due to their "shop fee" and a charge for each individual fluid they topped off, without even asking if I wanted that extra service. They tried to charge $300 to change a couple light bulbs around the vehicle. I ended up getting it done elsewhere for $60 and that even included new wiper blades. I really wanted to like this place as they're right around the corner from me, but there's no way to justify charging $90 for a synthetic oil change on a 4-cyl sedan. I now go to the Toyota dealership on Baltimore Pike because they charge a flat $60 for an oil change, they top off fluids AND do an inspection at no additional charge.Services: Vehicle Inspection
