I love this bank ! Just did banking done yesterday and Keisha came through for meand super professional ! I highly recommend this location as well as the bank , I have been with them when they were " Girard " bank .....way back in the day !Thank you Keisha !

We were given the incorrect amount of change and tried to call several times with no answer. Upon return they told us they knew they made a mistake. They did not try to catch us as we left or even call us.

Tellers are courteous and efficient, however, the young woman who i believe is the asst. branch mgr. is rude, nasty, and not very efficient. She needs to go.

Unprofessional people!!! Every time I walk in the one guy is always on his phone. I tried to get a roll of quarters but they refused me because my husbands name is the only one on the account. Is that considered a fraud? If so, please explain it to me? I went there before for quarters and was asked if I had an account and I said yes and I got the quarters. No problem at all. My husband will be closing that account ASAP!

Not a customer of the bank. I'll admit, I never will be. This could be a coincidence, but I'm 2 for 2 with hearing obnoxious things coming from the lovely female teller near the self checkout at Folsom Acme. Is it coincidence, or is she obnoxious all the time?

I entered the branch on march 18th with a 15 month CD that matured on 3/18/2020 and attempted to redeem it. It was about 6pm which was 1 hour before the stated closing time of the branch. Michele refused to redeem it for me stating it doesnt fully mature until after midnite on the maturity date. I thought it sounded wrong,but I did not challenge her. I decided instead to visit the holmes branch the next day and spoke with Jeison Brito who confirmed that the CD was dated 3/18/2020 and should have been eligable to be redeemed on 3/18/2020. Jason was extremely polite and professional and completed my CD redemption in a very professional manner. The Folsom acme branch is very unprofessional and disrespectfull and I will no longer patronize that location.I have visited the folsom branch before and encountered poor service, so it appears to have an underperforming, unprofessional demeanor to it. I have patronized numerous other citizens bank locations and been treated respectfully like I was by Jeison at the holmes location, so I would not recommend visiting the folsom location.

I just spoke with someone on the phone regarding whether or not they give new cards at the branch if you lost yours. And this woman spoke to be very rudely. I did not like her tone whatsoever and I hung up on her lol. First problem I’ve had in a year.

The actual bank is amazing the bank employees are excellent! Love the weekend hour and that they are open later on weekdays than other banks. I just do not like their online banking platform, its not easy to navigate and the department in charge of responding to messages do not reply also i wish they could issue bank card at the branch because i never receive my card , this is my 3rd time trying and almost 2wks and no card yet

The staff at this location are somewhat helpful. I have had nothing but a difficult time with Citizens Bank in general. I joined when I received an offer in the mail from them to open an account online and receive a bonus for opening a direct deposit account. I was told by the online customer service representative that I would have the bonus immediately after I opened the account. NOT!!! I had to wait for 3 monthly direct deposits to have the bonus in my account. I recently had my card used unauthorized by an unknown person. My new card has arrived and I can not activate it. I have been talking with the online customer service department all afternoon yesterday and last evening and no one could tell me why the bank captured my card. What does that mean anyway? I called just now and I was told I have to go to the branch I have my account with to find out what is going on with my card. I don't understand what all of this is about. You can bet your bottom dollar I will surely find out. This is my money they are playing with. I don't play when it comes to my money. Money is tight for everyone!!! I have to make a decision whether or not to stay or find another bank.
