I’m not even a Bank of America customer but I’m really considering switching banks. All of the employees are nice but Rhonda went above and beyond for me. I went in for one thing but also had some questions about opening a business account and establishing credit. She is so professional and patient. I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed like I have in the past.

Opening a bank account went smoothly because of the helpful, warm and welcoming customer service. Rhonda explained to me patiently and we went through all the steps together. It was an efficient and convenient experience.

The drive thru ATM's are the worst ever! They're constantly breaking down & need replacing! Now the last straw for me is that it kept most of my money & now have to wait an hour to speak with someone to get it! Very angry my whole morning is ruined??

Staff are extremely helpful and professional. I opened my account less than a month ago and already the assistant manager knows my name! This Bank of America has the feel of an old-school hometown bank and all the technology of an internet bank.I highly recommend Bank of America in Folsom.

Thank you to Rhonda on EXCELLENT customer service!! She sat with my mom& myself and assisted in setting up accounts, answered all of our questions, and explained our next steps.
