Writing this review as this acme frequently sells expired products. This time they sold expired poultry. Poultry being sold with sell by dates of 7/17/24. Stockers are not paying attention to product rotation and dates. Someone could get seriously ill.
Frequently long self check out lines and one cashier working during peak shopping times.I have had to check myself out multiple times with a full cart of items while a group of teenage employees will stand and watch the long self checkout line without offering to open up an actual line. Not worth the aggravation and expensive prices. Stores gone down hill over the last few years.

I come here often to completed shipt orders , the store is always clean, they have the best shopping cart and they are typically clean, they are good with keeping things stock and organized I always have a good experience here all of the workers I came in contact usually help me if I need to find something , I want to especially thank Ethan the produce clerk who took the time to check the directory and help me find an item in another department now I know the spot for the miso soup and I can make sure my client always have it when available!

Self checkout today one cashier store crowded. The acme employee watching me do acmes work stopped me twice to go thru my groceries she stated the computer told her something was not scanned. The first time the computer was wrong second time the store employee did not scan an item properly while helping me check out
Acme does not want to pay necessary cashiers. The prices are off the charts and while I am doing their job I was stopped twice and questioned. I will tell everyone I know that shopping at the Folsom store is stressful and not worth the trip. Very dissatisfied

I didn’t t realize they open at 7:00 and thought when I pushed the door open at 6:50, it was broken. It’s early, my brain isn’t fully awake yet because I need my oat milk coffee creamer, hence the trip. I went to check out and nobody was there (because they’re not open yet). I asked a guy at customer service, he was a little confused as to how I got in, but an older woman opened up cash register #7 for me. This is a little bit of kindness that she did for me and I wanted to thank her! I wish I got her name, she deserves a raise!! ?

These two ladies here went above and beyond providing excellent, friendly customer service, especially the associate "Kim" on the right. This store is very well stocked, clean, great grocery selection with great prices and the check out associate Kayla greeted me and wished me a good night. This is well appreciated at the end of their shift, when people are about to leave work you wouldn't necessarily expect such a great shopping experience. Thank you Acme management for having great store associates on your team!!!

Honestly if i could put no stars i would. However, This is the acme I always go to. Never had an issue and everyone is always super nice and helpful. However today was different. I went in and went to the deli. I was waiting for a lady to finish up with a customer so i could ask her a question. This lady's coworker "Ed" comes over and asked if I needed help. I said no thank you. I am waiting. Now at this point there are a few other customers around who are witnessing this conversation. The lady was new and only had been working a few days. She expressed that she was having difficulty getting a piece of equipment to work. She had asked this guy Ed for help and the way he spoke to her was absolutely horrendous. He was angry and rude and talked down to her. I just believe this was unacceptable. The lady was visibly becoming upset and even the other customers have noticed the way this guy was speaking. He is so nice to customers but the way he treats and talks to his own female coworkers is baffling to me. The lady had gone on and tried to finish what she was doing but had encountered another issue which then was brought to Ed's attention once again the demeaning tone and rude remarks. It was very concerning.
