NORMALLY, I DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS NOR RATE ANY BUSINESS BUT THIS TIME IT'S A MUST. ON 2/17 IN THE A.M, I WENT TO THE P.O IN FOLCROT, PA ON DELMAR DRIVE. THE GENTLEMAN BEHIND THE COUNTER HAS THE SWEETEST PERSONALITY, SO KIND, SO NICE, SO CONSIDERATE AND SO PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THAT GENTLEMAN IS BEHIND THE COUNTER, THE ATMOSPHERE IS CALM, HIS VOICE IS SO SOOTHING AND NOT ONE CUSTOMER WAS HOSTILE. I CAN NOT REMEMBER GOING INTO A P.O. AND NOT HEARING A ROWDY P.O. EMPLOYEE ARGUING WITH A CUSTOMER. GIVE HIM A SPECIAL RECOGNITION AND PROMOTE HIM BECAUSE HE IS AWSOME. I REALLY DO NOT WANT TO DESCRIBE HIM IN THIS MANNER BUT THE YOUMG MAN HAS TATTOOS . I don't think they're doing their jobs. They marked a package as incomplete when it's my full address. I called and no one wanted to pick up. At this point I'm suspicious that they are stealing

I went to mail a package today and was told the power was out and he could not help me. Gentleman seems as if customers are a inconvenience. This is the 2nd time I've tried to get service and was turned away by the same Gentleman at this location. The first time he said my label was incorrect for what i was shipping when asked if i could pay for the correct one he said no i have to reprint a new one. Since when cant you pay for shipping at a post office Customer service skills is a must when representing the company.

In the last 2 months I have used this post office and unfortunately 6 of my packages were not delivered. I filed complaints. I received an email from customer service and was informed my packages never left the facility but the updates are saying packages are on the way. I called them and they couldn’t show me it was scan to another usps. I’m sad . I’m a stay at home mom running a small handmade business that I work so hard for. I work so hard and lost lots of money. I will never used this post office again.

They need to hire better and nicer workers! They made me package everything by MYSELF, which is supposed to be their job. Just seemed really lazy, and the guy with the braids gives off a bad vibe. Close this one down or hire better people .

Arrived at 3.29 to redeem a "sign for package" slip left in my mailbox on a recent Weekday. Online post hours for this location clearly states to be open until 4:30 M-F. A closed sign was on the second entrance door to the customer service counter while 3 employees inside made jesters to let me know they were closed..........It would be a good idea to check hours listed online, make neccessary editing of actual business hours, for future customers, that also search online for hours and locations.

Only complaint I have is with the carriers saying they try & deliver packages when they don't & saying they leave notices when they don't. The office is great though.
