Two gentlemen from Pilot Air Freight Services in Folcroft, PA., delivered my crafting table today, and we couldn't have asked for better services.They brought my table in, snapped a photo proving delivery, and left.Their entire visit was pleasant and polite. I hope this review reaches their bosses and to them. The men were consummate professionals who went above and beyond.

HORRIBLE customer service. The female "customer service rep" that works here is condescending, rude, and totally incompetent. I pray this is the only time I will EVER have to deal with this company (or the woman that works here).

Awesome experience. My TV arrived to their warehouse, which is around the corner from where I live. It was scheduled to be delivered on a day when I wouldn't be home. I walked in to ask if they could deliver it sooner. They put it on a truck and drove it to my house! I was thinking maybe they could drop it off with the next batch of deliveries, maybe the next day, but not INSTANTLY! I was very happy and the TV arrived with no damage. The driver even put it in the foyer for me.

Dropped off 200 lb grill on our doorstep without ringing/knocking even though the Basic delivery service notes a time and signature should be required. They also left the grill facing the wrong way up, which may have caused damage (I haven’t built the grill yet to know if that’s an issue). Their customer service was also not apologetic or seemed to care about their service

First experience with Pilot was ok. Had to schedule delivery in the website and the second i clicked set up it closed the screen and used a date I couldn’t be home for. Attempted to contact customer service with no avail as I was on hold for over 30 minutes each time i tried. Eventually just went home to be there. Second experience, I’m currently on hold for 43 minutes to schedule delivery. This is the 3rd day I’m trying as the website keeps giving an error and instructs to call customer service. Looks like I’ll be trying again tomorrow

Litteraly call and called for multiple days now to get my package and I still have not heard back from them. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and they contacted the wrong number.

When the driver don't deliver your item you have to go pick it up yourself. When you get there attitudes flare, because they don't want to give you your item.

Things are changing, so hold on. People are quitting and new hires are screwing things up majorly. Used to be dam good until they bought American Line Haul. Nuff said.

Like most, I did not have a choice in carrier, Pilot was chosen by the company I purchased from. That said, they have held my shipment without explanation for 15 days now. You can't call them or email them. The local office can only tell you to call the Philadelphia office who is not responsive to anyone including the retailer. This is a joke of a logistics company and one that no business or individual should trust with their products or logistics needs. I just hope my purchase isn't stuck when they go out of business.

Waited through 4 delivery dates taking off work 3 days only to receive a new dented hood ...now I know why your company stalled on delivery, If I could give -5 stars I would.

The service for the pick up was great. The issue was that they had also picked up another item for a different pick up as well. I've sent emails, made phone calls, left voicemails and even filled out request forms and they haven't once got back to me in 3 weeks. When I finally got through after 30 minutes of waiting, I got told that I had to contact a different branch to get information on my order. Why aren't their system uniformed enough to just give me a return receipt? That's all I need. I shouldn't be waiting over 3 weeks for a call or receipt. I was even told that their customer service wait is lengthy from the place waiting for the reciept. That's just unacceptable.

They lost my item despite tracking information showing it was delivered to their Folcroft office. It took me 5 days, three emails, and thirty phone calls to get through for them to confirm it was lost. I only got through when I went through their corporate office - and even then I waited an hour to speak to someone. The person I eventually reached spoke with an attitude and was completely unapologetic. She could not care less about the situation or the inconvenience I experienced. Awful experience!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs! Had a major appliance company ship a repair part in early March 2021, which Pilot Freight promptly lost. After several calls to the manufacturer, it was determined the part was now on backorder until late spring. Replacement part sent out late May 2021. They shipped via Pilot again. Despite receiving an email stating Pilot would contact me for delivery, NOBODY called to set it up. Tracking now shows "attempted delivery" which was missed because they couldn't be bothered to schedule. Nobody ever answers phone at the Folcroft location. This delivery company is solely responsible for turning a simple washing machine repair into a half-year ordeal! Do NOT do business with Pilot!

I really wish i could give a 0! My couch had a delivery date of June 2 and got an email the same day saying SIKE.. next delivery date is today June 4th.. would you think they delivered it?! NOPE! Where is my couch and fix your customer service! I will make sure to never use your services AGAIN
