I highly recommend Olympia for all moving needs. I have used Olympia twice in the last few years, and both times I was extremely satisfied with their service. Patrick and his team handle your belongings as if they were their own and go above and beyond helping out. The entire process from start to finish was extremely professional and stress-free.

Very disappointed in this company. Very sloppy! They wanted to leave my house before they had everything. I had to call them back into thehouse twice to get everything. Then last night the left things on the truck that were mine. They broke a beautiful statue into 3 pieces. I still cant find several articles like lamps. I cant find chargers for my phone & hearing aids

10 out of 10 highly recommend!! From beginning to end this was the best experience ✨️ The team was very professional. I couldn't be there when they came to pack my belongings up. I had my daughter and husband there. They told me how smoothly everything went and how professional the team was. I was at the unloading portion at the new house. The company communicated to me through email throughout the process then called to verify when they were en-route. They were so professional and polite. I was highly impressed. I was eager to get a survey because everyone should know about this company. Olympia, Thank you for making a stressful thing like moving to a new state the easiest part!

They were thorough in giving me an estimate and pretty much on point with the estimate vs the final cost. The movers worked hard and nonstop the day of the move.

The moving team arrived right at the start of their arrival window and got right to work! I was amazed at how efficiently they were able to pack and move a full house. The team of movers was courteous and very respectful. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be referring Olympia to others in the future!

I made a long distance move from South Jersey to State College, Pa. My belongings were packed by Olympia. Items arrived without any issues & unloaded into my apartment. Recommend Olympia!

It's hard to put into words how terrible our experience was with Olympia, but felt it was necessary to share so that others will not go through what we did.
The day started off poorly with the movers arriving 30 minutes late, without notifying us that they were running late. Next, one of the movers smelled strongly of marijuana, and that smell permeated the house we were moving from. This is extremely unacceptable!!! No mover should be under the influence of drugs and I do believe our poor experience with Olympia was impacted by this.
The movers, overall, were extremely slow moving. For reference, we were moving from an 1100 square foot house with a moderate amount of possessions to a new house only 35-40 minutes away, and we were still billed for over 8 hours of work.
With the slowness, I was expecting that they were being extra careful to not damage our possessions. However, quite the opposite was true. Not only was a dresser foot splintered off and a knob of our TV stand damaged, they managed to, while re-assembling our furniture, drill a hole through our table, where a chunk came out of the table top. They also drilled (with power tools!) through our bed board base, and now it is not secure with the screws.
At the end of the day, we had to firmly request the movers to leave our house, as they were spending an extremely long amount of time re-assembling our furniture, only to discover the damage afterwards.
The compensation that Olympia gave us did not even cover the value of our Ikea table. We are appalled at the level of incompetence from the movers and extremely disappointed that Olympia has not adequately made up for this horrible experience. The stress that this move has caused and the time spent trying to fix what Olympia broke is unacceptable. Olympia should be ashamed for what they did and provide more appropriate compensation for a terrible experience.

Most "willing to help" attitude of all movers we contacted (first contact, office support, and actual move team). Would use them again for next move. They were very organized, were willing to quickly provide insurance information, move team was on time, solved problems, moved quickly and finished on time.

Great experience with this moving company. Everyone we worked with at the company was terrific, from the initial contact and estimate to the actual move out and move in. They truly made a difficult move from two houses into one as painless as possible. The account reps were wonderful and understanding and the actual movers were simply fabulous. Moving is not fun, but these folks were with us every step of the way. This company clearly hires, trains and retains exceptional people who take pride in their jobs. If you are planning a move, do yourself a favor and make Olympia your mover!

I very rarely leave reviews, but this one is deserved! Moving is obviously the worst, but Olympia and their entire team from start to finish made the moving the easiest part of our relocation and renovation project. I'm so thankful for the moving team-they were kind, knowledgeable, considerate and had a great sense of humor about everything which is key! From the moment I reached out to Olympia, Patrick was amazing and made things so easy-we were able to do a virtual quote! Jennifer and her team were fabulous and checked in with us before and during the move. We felt like there were multiple people on our team throughout the whole process which was beyond reassuring. Absolutely contact Olympia for moving services, there is no reason to look elsewhere.

The three gentlemen who moved my furniture out of my home into storage were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and just all around good guys. Six months later, after the renovations in my Home were complete, the same three guys moved me back into my home. Again, a wonderful experience. Also, the sales person, Patrick, who worked with me on my estimate, was wonderful. He stayed in touch throughout the process. At one point during the move, I called him because I didn't think there were enough men on the job. He was on vacation, but took my call and solved my problem. I highly recommend this company.
