Navis Pack & Ship is by far the only packing and shipping company that you need to call for any move. The owner, Peter, was willing to take my call himself and answer all of my detailed questions that were I am sure juvenile to him. As a mother of four young children who had only 2 weeks to pack up a 4000 square foot home and ship to Hong Kong, Navis went above and beyond continuously for me and both Peter and his employees stayed patient and professional with me throughout the entire process. They even went as to have several employees stay overtime on a Saturday to wait for me to arrive with some last minute things that I had forgot to include for packaging. When my husband called Peter to explain the situation, he was happy to accommodate us and held his staff there for us. Navis also did not ask for payment until the protective crating was complete and when it was time to pay, the amount was in the range that we had been quoted AND well BELOW the other quotes we had received. The funny thing is that we actually called Navis TWO days before we needed to schedule and they came through for us without any obnoxious fees for the last minute scheduling. These guys work around the clock, are reasonably priced, are easy to reach anytime and are extremely dedicated and honest in their business practices. I have never taken the time to review a company before but they did such a great job for me that I decided to make them my first. I know how stressful a big move can be so if you need a personal reference before booking Navis, call them and ask Peter to give you Angie's email address, I will be happy to give you advice and details regarding a huge, crazy, international move that they made AMAZING!

I worked with Navis Pack & Ship out of Philadelphia PA. I shipped an antique corner cabinet that had very delicate glass to Colorado. Everything arrived safely with absolutely no damage. They also quoted a reasonable price. Many of the other shippers I looked into were almost double the price.

Do not use for international shipping. Very expensive. Scheduling late pick up and delivery times. Our artworks did not arrive on time for our exhibition and the company would not even give a partial refund.

I had a very complicated multi-state, multi-family member distribution of family heirlooms. My brother took the lead and dropped the ball. I called Dan and Navis got us on track, organized and everything arrived safe and sound in 3 states. We shipped art, furniture and a ton of non-valuable, irreplicable sentimental items. They were packed to survive a war! Kudos to Brian, Damien and Vicky for keeping us from killing each other. Nice JOB!

Five stars are not enough.All of the glowing reviews of Navis are true. The first return email was blindingly fast with a quote that did not change. My chair traveled in a cocoon to California, arriving in perfect condition.

FINALLY a shipper you can trust to give you A FAIR price!!! My fellow collectors will know how extremely important this is. These days it is often baffling how often it feels like shippers will take advantage and overcharge. My biggest peeve being they want to double and triple box each item individually, charging outrageous fees. Not here! Not at Navis Pack & Ship of Philadelphia! I recently had a fairly large order with many different sizes of Antique Pottery pieces. Now I know, and many of you likely know, that there IS a way to pack these efficiently and not NOT charge an arm and a leg. That is EXACTLY what NAVIS did! All of my pieces arrived in one box, bubble wrapped and WELL PROTECTED, packed snuggly against each other and then that SINGLE box was SAFELY and SECURELY double boxed and LINED with HIGH QUALITY materials to prevent cave in. Nothing more! I know I seem like I’m going into great detail here, but if any of you have had the same issues I’ve had, it’s that I may order two or three tiny pieces only to have shippers use 6+ boxes for this, ridiculously wasting material and charging me TRIPLE the amount or MORE than what I paid for the actual items, in order to ship it! Sometimes I would rather just re-donate the item back to the seller. Again not here! Not at NAVIS! They charged me literally a fraction of the cost others quoted me at for this shipment! A FRACTION OF THE COST! I'm going to give numbers here! For my shipment of a variety of fragile Antique Pottery Pieces, I had quotes to ship by other shippers at OVER $600!!! (I literally blew up at those shippers!). NAVIS on the other hand, got them to me for UNDER $200!!!! Now that may seem pricey to a layman or a non-collector, but trust me... IT'S NOT! It's A STEAL of a deal and to be honest, if I was the seller shipping these items out, I don’t think I could’ve even shipped them at a price as low as NAVIS did! That's where their EXPERIENCE benefits us! And, my items arrived extremely fast, completely intact and VERY professionally packed. Their professionalism is above and beyond. And their response to any questions you have is almost immediate. Thank you for that, Rebecca and Peter! Thanks to NAVIS, I will be doing most of my buying at auction houses and sellers within their shipping parameters. And that’s the other bonus, they will ship from areas far beyond what you would think! Just ask them and they’ll be happy to give you, as they did me, a list of their auction houses and antiques dealers that they ship from. I could go on and on, only because I am so grateful that a shipper like NAVIS Pack & Ship of Philadelphia still exists. I had nearly lost hope, and I know this seems dramatic, but I'd almost given up on collecting, because of the inflation of the cost of shipping these days with the OTHER guys... NAVIS is a breath of fresh air! Thank YOU so much!

I am so happy that I chose Navis to ship my antique Venetian mirror! The care they took in packing this fragile item could not be beat, it was truly a professional job! Needless to say, the mirror arrived looking flawless! This was not the cheapest quote I received to transport my mirror, but when I saw the care that was taken to protect it, I will say, it was worth every dime! Special thanks to Pete and Rebecca who took the time to answer all my questions and make this a worry free experience! Shown is a special crate and pallet that was custom built for my item. And you can see how fragile and ornate the mirror is! . I have used multiple shippers for my antiques in the past but never got this quality of service before. I highly recommend Navis!
