Trash products and trash service!!I bought a sectional in June. It’s now October and my recliner has been broken for over a month. My armrest also keeps popping off. I have a warranty but they won’t do anything without an invoice. How do they have all my information including my social but they can’t do anything without an invoice? Now I can’t even get someone to respond to me.

So ordered my living room set from here literally a year ago my living room set was not what I hoped to be. When I first placed the order for my furniture I was excited but when it was time to get it delivered they took forever. I noticed that they never put up the furniture for me so I went to the nearest store and they guy was telling me that someone would be able to set it up for me I would just have to pick him up and drop him off because he didn't drive. Which I find unprofessional.But since I've had this living room set I hate it and would never order from here again.

This is my all time favorite go to spot for furniture!!! You can get that “High-Life” or “Luxury” furniture and it’s affordable. The staff will work with you and make sure you leave 110% satisfied.

Worst experience ever. Delayed my delivery twice. I went to the store myself to pick up my furniture because I was so tired of waiting when I literally live 5 minutes away. I had to pay a neighbor extra money to help pick up my furniture. Got home to parts missing of my sectional. There was also a tear in the back of the sectional. On top of that, my TV stand was still in the delivery guy truck that never delivered it. Was told to come back to the store to pick it up the next day. I guess they think nobody works or have jobs. I emailed them and I am waiting for a response. I will not be spending my money here again.

If I could give this store negative I would. They were suppose to deliver a floor model, that was right there on the floor on Saturday 7-25-21. Delayed it til Tuesday with no discount on the service offered. Tuesday came nobody showed up and had to call multiple times to figure out the delivery guy was late and wouldn't be able to make it Tuesday and would be coming Wednesday...like nobody works apparently. We are getting our full refund and I suggest never shopping here. The worst service I have ever seen in my life and the reason small businesses like this shut down. Absolute garbage business.Also notice how he only responds to 5 star reviews and won't address the clear problems all the 1 star and less reviews give. Hope you guys go under.
