FORWARD AIR IS A GOOD FORWARDER FOR FREIGHT. BUT THE WAREHOUSE FORKLIFT OPERATOR'S ARE NOT THEBEST BY FAR. THERE'S ONLY A FEW THAT ARE TIP NOTCH.

Easy in and out not had any issues with this terminal. Not sure if there are any driver accommodations inside.

I've seen a number of less than favorable reviews here. That is unfortunate and not my experience. I've opined in other reviews that if you have a bad or indifferent attitude when you arrive, you will get that attitude thrown right back to you. So be nice to the people working on the docks or in the guardhouse. When I arrived, I greeted the guard, smiled, made some small talk and gave him the information he wanted. In return, he gave me good directions around the building to where I needed to get loaded. I found the people inside the same way. If you treat people with the respect that you would like, you'll probably get it back. Act like a hump and you'll get that back too. Your choice.

Wasn't very organized, security should be directing Drivers whom have never been there before on where to go first and place looked like a Tornado went through it !!

Terrible customer service and rudest driver I ever met. The driver didn’t call us when he was heading to us, he just called when he was here. I’d been waiting for him for hours, but he was not here. So, I went to Wawa to grab a cup of coffee. When I got his phone call, I told him I would be back in a couple of mins. He said he couldn’t wait, then he hanged up the phone. Just a few mins later, I got a phone call from his office, the lady didn’t care what happened, she said her driver couldn’t wait, then hanged up the phone again. However, at the same time I met the driver in front of my property. They don’t know how to treat customers in the right way. Here is my suggestion, how they treat you, treat them the same way. I already told my supplier to not using their service anymore. If I could give them -5 starts, I definitely will!

Simply put, they were hired to do one thing, deliver a shipment and they did not deliver and did not contact us to let us know. Attempted calling countless times on a variety of phone numbers and emails and no one answers. Delivery driver claimed we were closed, which we were clearly not closed and were waiting for the shipment to be delivered. Frustrating.

i scheduled a delivery for a certain day, waited all day didn't show up no call what so ever, i guess the driver didn't feel like delivering the last package even thou i paid for shipping and they took the money
