Avoid at all costs. It should be 0 stars. The educators don’t care about the kids at all. All they need at that age is safety, to feel loved and appreciated. This doesn’t happen. They do their tasks like robots just to pass through the day. I left my son here for 4-5 weeks and should have pulled him out between week 1-2.

We love it here! I recommend it. Selena, the director, and Asia, the assistant director, are awesome.Having personally never been to daycare growing up, I had no idea what to look for or how to pick one. We ended up here as it's on my husband's route to work and it's been a great decision. We enrolled for when my baby would be 6 months old but signed the papers when he was 3 months old. Selena, checked in on me asking how I was doing postpartum and starting back to work even before the baby was attending daycare! And now, baby is 10 months and LOVES his teacher Ms. Ashlie! He heard her voice in the lobby during drop-off and he's only got eyes for her. I'm completely ignored! And even during pick-up, when Ms Mariely or Ms Asia brings him out, the baby is like "eh, I like these ladies, I don't need to rush home". They've helped us as first time parents be confident in transitioning to solid foods, helping with sleep schedules, etc.

I am absolutely in love with this center! My daughter has been here since she was 3 months old, and is now 2 1/2 years old. The incredible center director and teachers are all compassionate, professional, kind, and super responsive. I’m always comforted in knowing my child is in good hands every single day. I am also incredibly assured that all precautionary measures are being taken during this COVID pandemic due to the center’s transparency on procedures, policies, and practices. Going back to work was certainly not an easy decision, but I’m happy we decided to choose this center.

My son is now school age and one of the only kids in the center to now attend for aftercare. The director and assistant director took it upon themselves to spray my son down upon entree with a spray that they mixed together labeled “tequila”. I was very unease when my son said that his hoodie spells like tequila because that’s what the assistant director called it! I asked the director to explain the process to me and she said “ that they spray his hoodie and hands, it’s just sanitizer.” Few more days went on and my son started complaining about skin (arms) irritation; I’m thinking maybe his eczema. No! The two adults that I trusted my son too has been removing his items of clothing and spraying him down, front to back, skin and all. When I asked the assist director why would any type of spray be applied to his skin, he could have a reaction; her response was “he could be allergic to sanitizer?” I asked her does the body say body sanitizer or HAND? I reported this to the higher ups and still waiting for a resolution. The director gave a sad remorseless apology for her and the assist director. There was no corporate policy/procedures or consent for these actions, just two vigilante adults as stated to me! Completely unacceptable, a 6yr should never be singled out of a entire center and emotional targeted because he attends school. Policy is across the board. You may see story on the news! Good luck with this center since Brittany is no longer there!!!!

I wouldn’t use any other kindercare for daycare. The facility is clean, the staff are sweet, friendly and professional. I really appreciate the way the facility has been handling the process to keep kids safe during the pandemic. This kindercare uses an app to keep us updated on food, naps, diapers and they even post pictures! The director is super responsive the messages and questions and they engage the kiddos in a wide range of sensory activities.I chose kindercare because I wanted to support my baby’s development and this particular facility goes above and beyond my expectations.

If you are looking for a great learning environment for your child with great staff, this is not the place. I have a bubbly 3 year old who have being going to kindercare for the past year. We chose this facility because i had 3 other nieces there. Eventually they left because the teachers were horrible. My toddler Still cries when it's time to be dropped off. This place makes her nervous and scared at drop off. The class room teacher for toddler are unfriendly as well. Another issue is the lead teacher for the toddler class is always diagnosing the toddlers with autism spectrum disorder. She has no training or qualification in this area but continue to label the children. They did it to my nieces and are trying to do it to my child. We have moved our daughter from that location.

My daughter attends this school. Ms. Kim left and they bought in a new director who is horrible to the staff, parents and children . Sadly to say all the great teachers are leaving. I pay cash every week i don't get no assistance with pay. I pay almost $11k a year. It's not worth it. Don't bring your kid to folcroft. They treat the kid's just like the color of there skin. Fortunately they have a new director on board and now she's left to pick up the pieces that the prior directors help destroy. My child is too intelligent and bright to be here. She's going to the YMCA Asap. And there she will learn and go out adventures. As a 4- 5year should. Kindercare does nothing with the little ones. Sorry this school has gone down hill in the last year. GO ELSE WHERE!

While KinderCare is nationally accredited the Folcroft center does not represent the accreditation they’re known for. I had to pull my son out after a little after 6 months. The teacher turnover rate is ridiculous! And after multiple meetings about why my son had a mark on his face that no one knew about , spoil food left in his cubby, and the Constant back and forth of transitioning him from the pre toddler to toddler room was just unacceptable. My final straw is when my kid had a temperature for god knows how long and when I picked him up... the typical “ he had a great day & circle time was the only thing reported on progress sheet! Mind you, my son was part time ( 3 days/ week for 6 hours) and we paid out of pocket! I will say the previous director and what I think is the current were understanding and said they would implement things to create change! Can’t say what it’s like now; I just would not recommend this center to anyone based on the experience I had with my 2 year old son.

My 3 kids attending this daycare but I had to pull them out because the new director Ms Kathy was very unprofessional she had the nerve to tellMe after 1wk of her time there that my 2yr old needs professional help my child has been attending this daycare from she was 8mths old never had a issue all of a sudden she had all these issues that her( ms Kathy) and ms Jessica( A complete mess) concocted about my child. I felt as though my child was being targeted by these two ladies and to top it off they can’t find my child asthma medication, what if my child had a asthma attack? Please if you are considering this daycare rethink your descion this place has become dirty and unorganized and they have a high term over rate so you don’t even know who handling your child. All the good ones who actually have the best interest of your child is leaving. Again I tell you a complete mess

This daycare is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend a fly to this place. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The management itself is horrible as well. My kids were always sick and when I spoke to the staff about cleaning and wiping things down they looked at me as if I had no right. I was sure I was going to love this place but I hated every bit of it. Cleanliness is next to godliness and this place isn’t even close. Disgusting!!!!!!!! They’re lucky I had to give a star because, they don’t derserve one at all.
