Allways good service! They go above and beyond. I took a filthy bus in for a hole in the roof. Not only did they fix it but cleaned the entire exterior of the vehicle.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT! Take your car to these CROOKS! I went in here ONLY because of the previous owner who had the auto repair shop there. So when my husband and I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and I stated I was involved in an accident I NEED Auto AND Body work, they said oh we do everything bring your car over,so I give them the appraiser appraisal they did some of the work and charged me the entire down to the penny of what the appraisal was,oh if you use cash it's a discount! When I let my car sit because I really didn't want to give him any money because they didn't do REPAIR work, I found out by Jessica who by the way left that CROOKED place she told me they have a guy come in to do repair work,but he was out with pneumonia, I decided to get my car out of that place because he threatened me he would charge me storage and wasn't nice about it eitherwhen i told him I spoke to someone because i was away evidently they don't like to work on cars less then 2022 as he told my Attorney my 2012 Traverse is an older car and that's as good as it gets instead of telling the TRUTH it's NOT a repair shop!! DO NOT take your car here,they just want your business for that moment not long term!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️ sn: Bill can get on here and respond with all his lies,who has the reason to lie? This place is so amazing! I've used them twice and I'm so glad I did! I was a little reluctant because of a review someone left, but everyone I turned to sent me here. I finally decided to take my chance and it was the best thing I could've done. My first car, a Nissan Altima 2020 was totaled. This was my first time dealing with a "total loss" car. They made the process so easy! They even went and picked up my car for an hour away the same day within 2 hours of me speaking to them my car was at their shop. They handled all the paperwork, and communication with the insurance company. Took no time at all for them to issue payment because all of the paperwork was in order! They even went the extra mile to clean out my car for me before it was taken away by the total loss department because I work late . They put all of my belongings in a box and my paperwork in a folder. They even gave me advice on how to proceed to get a new vehicle. Within 2 weeks i was in a new car. OH! STAFF IS AMAZING AND POLITE!!!You guys really rock!!!

All the other shops told me I would have my car back in June here we are memorial day I have my car it looks great and drives great. Bill and Josh are fantastic. Now we are getting another vehicle repaired by them.

THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!! I wouldn’t trust these crooks with a matchbox car after the experience I had. Both the owner (Bill) and the employee I spoke to (Josh) were rude as could be, deliberately unhelpful, and made it clear that they could not care less about the work that their shop is putting out there. When confronted about his shady, predatory business practices, Bill said “do you really want to mess with me? Do you know how much money I can cost you?” The second he said this, I knew everything I needed to know about that low life trash. Buyer beware. I’m sure I’m not the first they’ve treated like this, nor will I be the last.
