She’s matter of fact and they are honest, respectful and have taken care of her fairly and consistently.After 20 yrs, Billy and his staff, such as Drew and company have been taking care of my vehicle needs and my parents’. Since high school with my first truck/vehicle, I was referred to Harry’s Auto in Folcroft by a good buddy, Jim D. from Secane, who is a mechanic himself. Jimmy had referred Harry’s because he said they were the most honest mechanics around Delco and that’s exactly why we’ve been going to them for 20 yrs. Consistent and honest shop. I can’t recommend these guys enough and just like any shop who does good, consistent work at prices that warrant these results, you have to give them lead time. 5 out of 5 stars over a 20 year span. “My experience Here was a very good one. I’ve took a few cars to Max through the Years and every experience was a good one. These guys love what they do and it shows through their work although Max retired now his son ANDREW runs the business they haven’t missed a beat. Andrew is a young man but focused and passionate in his work I never saw anyone let alone a young person so devoted to they’re work I mean this guy gets his hands dirty along with his mechanics…. That says a lot to me, it lets me know that he’s making sure the job is done right. Today I had to take my vehicle back for some adjustments and he fit me in right away. Some places you go to once they got your money they make you wait if there’s an issue but not this guy he’s one of the good ones. God bless this business . “I called the shop because I felt like I was drawn to them to get answers on my car. I explained that I could not move my gear in and out of PARK and reverse without having to push down on some type of brake switch system.I cannot remember what the name of that button is. However, it was located in the middle counsel of my car.Without going into much detail, he told me that the previous company I went to Miss diagnose my issue and should have known better.He basically diagnosed my car over the phone and offered to take a quick look at it to confirm his diagnostics.I got the car to him and he took the time out of his busy schedule to hook my car up to a machine and literally saved me hundreds, if not, thousands of dollars.The previous company, which I will not name was a well-known company that I did not know, had a bad reputation at the time.They were going to try to pull apart my transmission to clean it and Had already given me an estimated cost of $300. They told me that it may be more depending on what they find.The thought of someone pulling apart a perfectly good transmission and not fixing the issue. Sounds like a living nightmare.I’m so thankful that this man was honest and took the time to help me out. I went and got my braking system fixed as he suggested, and everything works perfectly fine.Thank you!”
