Asendia ''customer care'' service is the worst. It's obvious that helping customers with a issue (i.e. lost package) is not a priority for the company. I've called, left messages, sent e-mails with the same feeling that this was a robot who answered me. If Asendia is not able to offer a decent customer service, they should just stop the business. Seriously.

Have used this for the second time and unfortunately had two horrible experiences, with the first time a package delayed over a month from the expected delivery date. Recently used their service again and my package has been sitting in their warehouse for another month. PLEASE, if you can spare the extra dollar use any other logistics service, their system is clearly run by single celled organisms.

sad to say if your looking for employment with them keep searching. some not all are just some back stabbing hateful black folks with a little power. your work ethic has nothing to do with if they want keep you or not. they will simply just find a excuse and let you go promptly. They play mind games to with people as well, going around asking if they want to work later hours? (meaning beyond one’s shift hours) then whole time let you off at the regular time because they had everyone speed up everything for an expect “abundance of work “. to sum up everything they are not your ideal job and they will let you go for nothing. literally! dont waste your time like i did.

What is wrong with this company? Multiple attempted deliveries on the web tracking, but no one knocked. No notice paper left. They did this 3 times, and then sent the package back to the original sender. Now I asked for it to be shipped again and asendia is doing the same. I tried emailing them and calling them but they’ll just say contact this company and that company. What is wrong with you people?

I bought a item from a guy on eBay right? It said it was delivered right? It was in my mailbox right? WRONG! Infact none of my neighbors even received it. I don't recommend them.

I agree with others. They are thieves who claim not to have received books when there is proof of delivery. Asendia is a shipping company that receives hundreds of books a day to the PO in Sharon Hill, PA. No wonder they can't locate it,

Asendia can’t keep employees because there’s black women mostly in charge on the floor. Do not use this logistics service your packages will sit in their warehouse for weeks. Because they can’t keep enough workers.
