Was bidding online and winning with 10 seconds left and the bidding time added another 3 minutes on my lot...twice!
Had more bids added to my 'winning' lot and payed an extra $100+, sure seems scammy to me. Would not recommend this auction company if you want someone reputable!

Outrageous shipping charges when shipping online auction items. Avoid purchasing items at their online auctions if you need it shipped! I now know why they have so many negative reviews.

I do a lot of business with online auction companies. I find this company to be excellent to deal with, very fair and efficient. Definately in the top tier of auction companies!

Were very quick to take my money but here we are 2 weeks later waiting for 1 small item to be shipped. Would ask for a refund but it seems that gets you nowhere if the other reviews are to be believed.

I wish could leave zero stars. Years ago I sold some items and they overcharged me on commission. When I called and complained, they agreed I was overcharged and would send me a the correct amount but they neve did. I let it go, however, last auction in March it came up and an old man was abusive and told me to get lost. We I called the main office the lady hung up on me.

Purchased one lot from them at a reasonable price. Needed shipping and they sent it out-of-house which ended up costing way more than the lot did. Need to do better before I will return as a customer, today people are needing shipping more and need it at a reasonable price.

Starting a small business is hard and its made harder by people like Zettlemoyer Auction, who either mistakenly or deliberately put a pick up time requirement in terms and not in the shipping and pick up information. As a result we tried to arrange pick up with a company but was told a time frame that wouldn't work. After reaching out to them, by phone and going back and forward over and over finally reached I better pick up time. Sadly the shipping company could not help us as it was now to late to organize this pick up.We explained that had they clearly stated in shipping or on the auction somewhere the very small window in which to pick up these items we would have already had it organized or would not have bud on these items.As we are a small business and have no staff at this point.I asked for a refund as it was not our fault and it was refused. They where ride and defensive right from the start.Beware when you work with these people don't just look at shopping and pick up info for details, they hide info in the terms.On a personal note $350 may not be a large amount to this company, but as stated we are a small business and losing these items and the money has hurt us.During these hard times, we need to work together, things are harder especially with shipping and such.After our experience with you we will be recommending to the many small businesses we know, to not do business with your company.

What a lousy auction company. Do not buy here if you actually want your items. Pick up is disorganized, horrible and the staff is rude.
