Whoever works the front desk/phones is so rude. If you’re dealing with customers maybe you should hire someone who knows how to be friendly to them.

Ted was GREAT to work with. He was prompt in responding, extremely patient with all my questions, and made me feel extremely comfortable driving 3 hours to buy a car sight unseen. The car was extremely well kept, the inspection done by the dealer was thorough, and there was not a single surprise about the car when I got there. For whatever it's worth I have been in the automotive industry for 10+ years and can say that Strohl is a perfect example of a great & honestly run family shop. Thank you for making this easy and helping me into a car I've wanted for years!

I first bought a car from Doug and the team at Strohl Automotive back in 2014. The people are great and the entire process was easy, straightforward and they were always transparent with me. The used car I purchased was in great condition and lasted me 10 years without any issues. When it was time to upgrade earlier this year, I immediately reached out to Doug. I had the same experience earlier this year as I did in 2014. I would highly recommend Strohl Automotive Services to anyone!

I used to use a shop in Cherryville, the shop closed I have been using Strohl automotive Since then, for my automotive needs, the shop is reasonable with the prices of repairs and I have two cars that I have been bringing here and the service is phenomenal. The people at Strohl Automotive are great to deal with. You know when you drop your vehicle they will get it right. My family has been having their maintenance work done at Strohl for years. The service managers and the service people have been there for years. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them for your repair needs.
