Tony and Chris are great! Our Shepherds Heather and Harper come home so pretty and happy. They are so comfortable being left there and we couldn't be happier with the grooming job. They'll smell fresh for days! Thank you for a great job as always and for your flexibility rescheduling around our trip and never getting upset when we had to keep rescheduling.

Honestly your grooming is great but your customer service needs work. You need to be more kind to people that are the reason you are in business. There a lot of customer leaving your business because you’ve been rude and down right ugly to loyal customers. And it’s not the wife. If you want to stay in business then change your attitude towards people who spend their hard earned money to get their pets groomed with you!
