It is impossible to order from curb site pickup on your website. My entire family has COVID. We want to avoid any possibility of anyone in the store catching the illness. We were told to order online and then the items would be brought out to our car where they could be put in the trunk of our car. But we have given up, your website is so hard to use.

Absolutely SUCKS for photos. I got here a little early when I noticed one part of my order was ready. I got a rude response that I should have waited for the confirmation email before coming even though technically I got one (I didn’t mind waiting). Then she printed it on the spot letting it fall all over the floor, pass by it multiple times and even get kicked by a guy employee (Alex maybe?) before somebody picked it up. Time was 2:20 on 3/30/22, appalling.

Incredibly rude employees and careless, thoughtless (lack of) service. Save yourself aggravation and find another store

Signed up online for a covid test appointment. Received a confirmation email early that morning and everything but when I get there apparently it's closed and no one in store/pharmacy is helpful - no number to call for clarity, just frustrating to say the least. It seems that for anything beyond browsing in store or picking up meds (I e. Getting a vaccine or testing) maybe check out somewhere else. I will say that although unhelpful, staff wer very friendly and polite :)

This is the worst run pharmacy. I went here twice fir the shingles vaccine and I will never return. At check, I was treated awfully and then the person giving me my shot was talking on the phone and yelling at a coworker, I hope I got the right vaccine. Similar story for both shots. Worst tin place. Go somewhere else.

Quick and easy. Maybe 15 minutes from taking the photo to having them correctly sized and ready to go.

I ONLY use Walgreens now for my elderly mother. I used to use them for myself but my prescription plan wont use Walgreens. I currently use CVS Glenside and they are HORRIBLE!!! I actually taken CVS is surveys and told them but they should take customer service lessons from Walgreens. These people at the store are the best. The pharmacy has got to be the best pharmacy that I have ever used. They all are very friendly and they go the extra mile for you. The pharmacist is wonderful! And I have to say the pharmacist assistant named David it's got to be the nicest guy in the world. I see how he interacts with everybody especially the elderly and he is wonderful wonderful wonderful. I really wish my prescription plan would change so I can go back there. I can't say enough good things about this place

Overall, poor service at this location. Staff is either frazzled or lethargic and is always slow to ask for an extra cashier upfront. Friendly, but inefficient. I worked in retail for 10 years, I understand the climate, but step it up!! You're the closest drug store in my area and I dread going to this location. Put some urgency behind your service!

Appreciate the convenience of Walgreens more than ever. Had a friend lose his apartment in Manhattan last week to a fire. A group of us wanted to get him a bunch of gift cards to help him out. Found out Walgreens owns or is partners with Duane Read, which is literally on every corner in Manhattan, and their gift cards will work up there so I went here first. I never notice just how many different gift cards this place offered, but it was seriously a one stop shop everything we needed for our friend. Visa, Walgreens, Macy's, Gap, Applebees, Subway, they were all there and I was able to get the exact amount I wanted for each. Dropped $400 on gift cards, but I'm very appreciative for the convenience of being able to find everything I needed in one stop. Thanks Walgreens.

I will never go to this place again!! I walked into this Walgreens to get my blood pressure taken I asked the lady in the back where the machine was she said then pointed to the wall where they were SELLING them. I asked her if any other stores have one and she shrugged her shoulders like she didn't know. She didn't even say anything just look at me like I was speaking a different language. I then drove to the CVS down the street and they didn't have one either but the nice women told me that the Acme had one up the street. Does Walgreen want to help people or just make money yeah they want to just make money. I will never give my business to Walgreens and its ashamed cause I spend $100 a month on prescription pills due to a heart attack I had.

Many people have that place where "everybody knows their name." For most, it's the local pub, a favorite restaurant or a store that gets the bulk of your paycheck. For me, it's Walgreens. Yeah, I'm that exciting. I find myself here (in the drive-through; sometimes I can't even be bothered to get out of my jammies) more often than one would think. And usually they're on top of things, except for the time when they gave me someone else's prescription by mistake. Whoops. But accidents happen, and the overworked pharmacists never make me feel like a loopy broad who takes a veritable variety pack of medications. I like to stay healthy. And thanks to Walgreens, I will be. Or, at least as healthy as I'm possible of being, with the help of modern medicine and all. Cue maniacal laughter...because "Carrie" and "healthy" are not usually two words you put together. Thanks Walgreens. You give me a reason to reach for a glass of water first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
