It’s hard to believe that this could happen leaving a Verizon store, but the above-and-beyond service I got for more than a 90 minute tricky problem had me leaving feeling I was royalty—or at least had 2 personal assistants working diligently on my behalf.
Possibly because their fraud department was protecting me from identity theft, my desire to reactivate a former line required internal security clearance second only to the CIA.
Jake, leading the way with intelligent support from Mike, figured out a peculiar glitch and stayed with me every minute of the way through a series of well-intentioned but arduous steps requiring repititious validations and obstacles taking—seriously—over 90 minutes. Jake stayed focused and non-exasperated with the security people even when we had to repeat tests…and like a good coach, sent me encouraging glances when my own patience wavered. Mike showed a lot of common sense and real involvement with the mission.
I give these guys the highest marks in seriousness of purpose AND empathy. What could have been a nightmare became a warm collaboration.

I visited the Flourtown Verizon store today and was very pleased. Jake and Joe were so attentive and determined to fix my problem with my android phone. They were very knowledgeable and I was feeling confident. They had success fixing it and this is the only verizon store I will go to. Thanks

Just want to thank Anthony at the Flourtown Verizon . My husband and visited there today . We had such a positive experience thanks to Anthony who was very knowledgeable patient and personable. He spent a LOT of time helping us .I recommend anyone looking for a new I Phone , I Pad etc to head to Flourtown Verizon and ask for Anthony !

The kind and caring staff of the Flourtown, PA Verizon store have helped me to maintain some stability in what has literally been a devastating 6 weeks.Family members were ill, the death of a loved one, lost a smartphone (found after 2 weeks), scams and potential hackers.Jeremy, Sean and Corey all gave outstanding customer service when I needed it most and could barely think straight. They eliminated as much worry as they could while offering help and reassurance.All 3 gentlemen went above and beyond but I would like to especially thank Jeremy since I was such an emotional wreck when I came in. I couldn't even talk without choking up and he compassionately resolved my most pressing issues.Thanks again.Pam Kunz

I was transferring services. I went to a corporate store and began the process but they completely botched it. I resulted in going to this Verizon location and walked out completely happy as a customer. If you ever need a recommendation on someone. I highly recommend Justin!!!! He was a life saver and helped me with everything that the other store completely messed up.
