“What a blessing this company was tonight!!!! So professional and courteous, We had a flat tire at CHOP in Phila and were unable to change the tire. I called this company and the gentleman who answered was so kind and patient. He told me a half hour and they were there sooner. Again such a blessing due to the fact that I have to get my daughter home in time for her meds and feed. These guys are so wonderful and we are forever thankful for their help tonight!!!!”

This is the first time I ever called a company and gotten a tow all within 30 minutes. He said he’ll be there in 30 and he was. Payment method is very convenient so don’t worry about having cash on hand. Even gave me a tip about a possible rebate from my insurance for the service. “I wish that no one has to use their services in similar circumstances as me “ car accident “ but fortunately and luckily all parties involved didn’t suffer any injuries. But as long as we going to have automobiles something will happen sooner or later be that a dead battery or locked door or whatnot anyway: With that aside unfortunately I forgot the gentleman’s name that helped to tow my car after the accident because I wanted to extend my thanks and gratitude for his assistance and respectful manner during the ordeal. With all due respect he was about 5.7”-5.8” very well spoken, calm/polite/patient/friendly, detail oriented… and so on. Whoever might think they know who he is post his name up there because he deserves the credit. Whoever his employer is, I’m just humbly saying that a raise is well deserved because such employees do not come along very often, unless he is the owner well keep up the good work. To top this off I had approximately $600+ of gold scrap in the glove compartment in clear view and few bills $123.00 to be exact.nothing was missing . That level of honesty I thought was long gone with the 60s&70s. Anyway very satisfied with their service and very grateful for their honesty. My. Only regret is that we met under not so pleasant circumstances.”

“I had a problem with my car/key fob in the middle of the day while running errands to get ready to leave for a flight that night. I called, someone came to the shopping center I was in, and got the car started for me. I followed them back to the shop to make sure the problem was fixed for good. The same nice gentleman drove me home while they worked on my car. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call it was ready to pick up. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and I was so pleasantly suprised with the cost. As a young women, I’ve had a lot of car places try and rip me off because they think I don’t know what I’m talking about.
