Was in there today and the guys that helped me were great. Very helpful with selecting the correct paint since I had no clue what to buy. Took the time to answer all of my questions. That type of help is impossible to find at big box home improvement stores.

Convenience and quality products but the storefront is on the side of the building. It kind of looks closed from the street view.

Girl that waited on me was snippy, verging on rude. I'm 73 and she wouldn't carry 4 gallons of paint out for me, saying it was store policy, couldn't leave the store unattended. Guess every store has a different policy cause at the Springhouse store they are wonderful. Was not happy.

The Flourtown-North store is wonderful. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and professional. I pass two other stores on my way to that store just because of the great experience I always have there.

I have always going to this Sherwin Williams because they have the most helpful staff and beautiful colors with great lighting! I had one small accident yesterday with the Paint that I purchased because the lid wasn't 8screwed on tight enough and It spilled on my rug. I am mediately went back to Sherman Williams and asked for a remedy they replaced the paint And suggested a few alternatives. The spot was so bad I had to call Sherwin Williams executive offices who put me in touch with Anisa the district manager for my area. She was very professional and took care of everything within 2 hours. The spots were taken care of And not at my expense.
