I emailed after I already got my own quote with State Farm to be sure I had all the discounts possible and the right policy in place. I let the agent know I would like them to review and I could give them my business as I felt more comfortable with a professional taking lead. It was clear they wanted nothing to do with me or my business. She told me I can do it myself if I want or they can it up to me. I would not recommended a person who is not looking to obtain your business and at least be friendly.

If I could give this office zero stars I would!!! First and foremost, everyone who answers the phone is incompetent. I have a two car policy and they dropped one car from my policy, not one time but TWO times. It took them months to fix it. Now that it is fixed, they are charging me extra money on my current bill to pay for the mistake that they made!! This went on for two months with one actually explaining to me why my bill was so high. My bill is over $500. Just save yourself the trouble.

I have never been with an agent whose lack of communication is as bad as Maya Brown and her team. I thought the whole point in having an agent is someone who will communicate with you when change occurs with your account? Not them, for the last 2 months, I can’t get a legit answer as to why my policy monthly amount changes every month. When you do call to ask them why they can’t never give you a good answer. Do your business elsewhere.

I have had insurance with Maya and State Farm for about a year before I switched. It may be just a State Farm issue and nothing to do with Maya and her team, but I find State Farm very difficult to deal with. I have had USAA in the past where I can add, replace, or delete vehicles within the same day on the app. With State Farm, I cannot do that I have to call over to the office and request. This makes it hard especially if you are buying a car and want to insure it after hours or on the weekend.

I had to cancel my policy over 2 months ago and call customer service almost daily for a refund. The worst customer service I have experienced, please stay far away from calling as they never answer the phone unless you call multiple times in a row. The women that answer the phones are short with you and extremely rude. I called to ask why my policy went up $150 and the woman said " I can't tell you why" so then I asked to cancel my policy she said "I can't do that" and I said who handles this then and she said " I'm trying to figure that out myself". What a joke. If Maya wants to continue her practice she should strongly reevaluate her team and consider responding to internal customer service about refunds. I have been waiting months for $300 and have to take them to court.

I can’t believe how this place has 4 stars like seriously!I just terminated my inssurance because of the horrible customer service i get;Each time i call i feel scared to ask questions because the women seems angry every time and giving me attitude each time and she never saw me nor did i , which makes me believe she does it to everyone. Like seriously i get scared to ask questions!!!! This is how uncomfortable this specific office is .

I've been insured with State Farm through Maya for I believe almost 3 years and I couldn't be more pleased. Whenever I call I'm pleasantly greeted (Rose answered today and she gave a smile through the phone ) and Stephanie always walks me through whatever changes and questions I have. Definitely recommend them
