Their system was down which means me and three other people who came in for lab work were unable to get anything done and just had to leave the store. This rating is being given because there were no signs or explanations or anything at the station explaining this. When I asked what was going on I got an attitude from one of the employees- just unorganized and disrespectful. This has proven to be an inconsistent location for labcorp services

I was a little apprehensive about getting blood work at a Walgreens, but it was convenient so I gave it a try and made an appointment for a Monday before work at 8:15 AM. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in on their website.The check-in instructions are pretty direct and seemingly convenient: “Wait in your vehicle or other nearby location, and we’ll send you a text when it’s your turn to be seen.”Once I received the text I walked inside then directly back to the LabCorp area. A kind and bored patient waiting there saw me walk up and look around. She asked me my name and let me know they already called me and took the next patient. It could not have been a minute after I received the text.When they popped out to announce the next person, I mentioned my name and how I walked directly in as the instructions said but I think I had been skipped – she immediately raised her voice and sneered at me as if to correct me that the instructions need to be updated on the check-in website, the car option is a COVID precaution (it’s December 2023), and that I would now have to wait.I waited another 25 minutes and I ended up leaving to go to work. Long story short, check-in inside if you choose this location.

Quick and easy - didn't make an appointment, walked in at 8:20 walked out at 8:30. Based on the other review, I imagine they operate first come first serve regardless of appointment.

I just left my appointment for lab work and I understand there are many people waiting but my best advice is to make an appointment! This is only my 2nd time here in two years and the woman there was great. She always gets to you if you have an appointment and my veins are difficult but she always gets them first try and painless!

I made an appointment here weeks in advance. My appointment was at 11:15 am. I arrived at 11:10, walked to the back and checked in at one of the kiosks. It told me that I would receive a text when they were ready for me. There were a lot of other people waiting so I wandered around the store to wait. After not hearing anything, I went back at 11:30 and everyone was gone. There were signs on the kiosks saying they were closed. They clearly do not honor appointments or care about providing timely service, especially when you have to fast for the bloodwork. Avoid this sorry excuse for a business at all costs.

First, Don't bother with the web check in. They will not call or text you. Labcorp needs to update their options. Go inside and check in, wait by the door. The technician doesn't have time for that.Second, the technician likely missed the mark, they got my blood, but my arm has been black and blue for a week. A good bit of pain during, and after, the blood was taken. Hey, mistakes happen. I would likely not return here.

Very disappointed; arrived at 11:43a for a blood draw and signs posted “closed” for lunch. Yet, lunch is listed in Labcorp website as 12:00-12:30. Not sure why the lunch break is 20 minutes longer than it’s listed on the website? Wasted time driving over and disappointed. At least the Labcorp woman retrieved my prescription off the fax so I could drive to another Labcorp location.

IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone. Hours contoured for the convenience of the Employees, 7-230pm. No regard for working people. They can keep their lab, I'll go elsewhere, as should everybody else. Maybe then they'll get the message that the Customer comes first?!

Best experience I’ve ever had getting blood drawn! Appointment was super fast, staff was friendly and personable, and got everything done in about 15 minutes. Will be coming back here for any future labwork.

The phlebotomists at this location were excellent. I live closer to the one in Plymouth Meeting (such a horrible experience it’s not even worth discussing) but I’d rather drive all the way here. They were friendly, sensitive to my “fear” and extremely helpful.
