They spent plenty of time helping me compare stones and setting styles and the follow-up was fantastic. My now-fiancée then worked with Sam to build a made-to-order June ring that's absolutely stunning. It's even more beautiful than I expected and the stone that ECJ picked is gorgeous. My ring is so unique but classic at the same time. Even though our order was relatively small by custom jewelry standards, they treated us wonderfully and never tried to push us toward spending more than we planned. We ended up coming in under budget and totally happy. I can't recommend the Emily Chelsea team enough!”

“Steve and staff assessed my mother's jewelry collection, including fine jewelry and costume. They were patient and good communicators. I did rely on reviews and proximity to decide on D. Atlas and did not appraise or bring the collection elsewhere. Knowing that the information gap would be significant as I know little about jewelry, I found Steve to be honest and fair. Steve and staff also helped me determine which items had minimal residual value and could be donated. Steve and I had a far flung conversation about life and family to boot, which I very much enjoyed. Lovely guy.”
“Kellmer’s has been my go to jewelry store for many years. I have been wearing a necklace purchased 20 years ago and I continue to get compliments on it. They stand by their jewelry and do excellent repair work when it’s needed. Jeff helped design a ring that I wanted (3 thin gold bands-white, yellow and rose fused together) and suggested we put little diamonds in it. I never get tired of looking at it! Jeff can provide appraisals on your jewelry for insurance purposes which is very important to have. A great jewelry store!”

Dealing with my migraine medication and injectables has been challenging, involving multiple interactions between my neurologist's office, the pharmacy, and my insurance provider, Optum.The ongoing issue was primarily due to Optum RX. As I juggled school and work, the delays were causing withdrawal symptoms and exacerbating my stress, which triggered my migraines. I was on the verge of giving up on the constant back-and-forth. “I went to Rick to fix my piercings I got two years ago that never healed right. Rick let me know that he didn’t want to just switch my jewelry out because it could aggravate the piercings and make it worse. He said to give it time to heal and maybe consult with a doctor and then come back when everything was better.I appreciated his candor and his explanations of the difference between a piercing bump and a keloid as well as his recommendations on how to care for it.He could have just put a new piece of jewelry in, taken my money, and called it a day, but he cared more for my health than making a quick buck. I will definitely be back when I’m all healed!”

Most of all I love her lives because I get a chance to see her modeling things and then I instantly buy it. Keai and her staff are always pleasant and willing to help. “The Clover Market actually moves around the area, and the one I went to this year was held in Collingswood. I heard it was the only one in Jersey this year. They claim there are 100 vendors, but I really don't feel like it was that many, though I saw that there were a few booths were artists split a booth. Now, this ain't your neighborhood grandma using Michael's ribbons on sale with her 25% coupon to make wreaths that you slap onto your front door. For many of the booths, it was gallery quality, and the prices reflect as such. Everyone was super, super friendly. My favorite booth was the guy who handcrafted amazing whirligigs. I had to buy a flying pig that used bird feathers to catch a breeze. Stunning, and for $40, I had to get it.”

Beau, their dog, is also adorable. This is one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had. Every step of the process was transparent in terms of pricing, timing, and everything.
