“Absolutely phenomenal service. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. “I brought my car into Caliber Collision on Glenside Avenue after it was hit while parked. My front bumper was dented and the trim above my tire was dented also. I was recommended there by someone who had used them and said they did great work. The experience was very smooth. From calling for an appointment to bringing my car in, to picking it up when it was repaired, it couldn't have been better.
I was sent text messages to let me know how it was coming along the entire time.
When i picked the car up, it had been cleaned inside and out. It looked better than when i brought it in. The customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know!”

The front office secretary / manager (not sure if that’s her official title), Andy, is super knowledgeable and holds such a space of calm positivity around her and over the whole experience, which I found very valuable and refreshing amidst the fast pace and stress of life in general, esp dealing with a damaged car. My car ended up being totaled, so in the end, I did not have the work done. But everyone was so upbeat and pleasant. Great communicators. Very professional. Genuinely kind caring honest people who see / treat you as a human (not walking dollar signs) and who go the extra mile, even in my case, to make it a great experience. “LIP was recommended to me by my tuner after I slid into a curb during some snow and and a good amount of damage to the front end of my Mk7.5 Golf R. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with, arranged for their own tow truck to pick up my car same day, kept me up to date on the entire process, worked with a supplier to receive and install some after market wheels during the fix, and gave me back a car that looks/drives as good as the day I got it.I really can't say enough good things about these guys.
