“Absolutely phenomenal service. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up. Could not thank them enough for everything they have done. I would not take my vehicle anywhere but here. “I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! “I brought my car into Caliber Collision on Glenside Avenue after it was hit while parked. My front bumper was dented and the trim above my tire was dented also. I was recommended there by someone who had used them and said they did great work. The experience was very smooth. From calling for an appointment to bringing my car in, to picking it up when it was repaired, it couldn't have been better.
I was sent text messages to let me know how it was coming along the entire time.
When i picked the car up, it had been cleaned inside and out. It looked better than when i brought it in. The customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know!”

Additionally, I recently took my car by the shop to take care of a dent in the fender. I though this dent could run upwards of $1,000.00, however, Andy and Vin took care of me, worked with me on pricing so the job was within my budget and it looks good as new. The front office secretary / manager (not sure if that’s her official title), Andy, is super knowledgeable and holds such a space of calm positivity around her and over the whole experience, which I found very valuable and refreshing amidst the fast pace and stress of life in general, esp dealing with a damaged car. My car ended up being totaled, so in the end, I did not have the work done. But everyone was so upbeat and pleasant. Great communicators. Very professional. Genuinely kind caring honest people who see / treat you as a human (not walking dollar signs) and who go the extra mile, even in my case, to make it a great experience.
