Acme is my go-to grocery store. It has clearly labeled sections, an extensive variety of most items, especially gluten-free and dairy-free options. For me, two of the most important items they carry are Cento Chicken Stock and the large can of Cento whole tomatoes. Acme's on-line ordering is easy to use and everyone I have dealt with (especially Jason and Kinya) in the on-line department has been great!

The environment is very neat, clean and welcoming. I have purchased fruit a couple different times and the fruit is expired. It’s weird the outside looks fine but when you eat it, it’s bad. I recently brought a papaya and it was spoiled. I do enjoy the deals on flowers and the other foods. I will definitely return just not for fruit.

Always easy to shop here. Most of the time everything rings up the way it’s supposed to and when it doesn’t it’s usually not a hassle to have it corrected. I had one issue with a customer service girl ( very young ) who gave me a hard time about returning a item that was expired when i purchased it… i didn’t have my receipt Any more but use my phone number every time. This girl took 5 minutes on my phone scrolling through my orders to find the O Organics little milks that i almost gave to my son for lunch. Said nothing to me about the fact that this is their store brand for organic or that my son could have gotten sick drinking the bad milk! When she was done looking through several orders she says oh i cant find it but will refund you just this one time. I barely restrained myself! So if there is ever a very young girl at customer service you might want to wait and come back when ANYONE else is there!

Many thanks to the Bakery staff who created a wonderful cake for our church event . My request and design were perfectly produced, much to the delight of everyone present. Special thanks to the young man who took my request and then helped me to get the huge cake to my car. Thank you all for always making beautiful custom cakes!

On febuary the 13th 2024 after having problems at the checkout and requesting help from customer service the guy comes over with an attitude second time he shows up with the same bad attitude thanks to self-checkout associate Gloria that went the extra distance to find out the problem I would have never been able to checkout. No help from the mean guy in customer service

It’s so disgusting that employees think it’s ok to stand and talk amongst themselves while customers in the self checkout area need help. I was standing at the register for five minutes and kept looking around to see if anybody was going to help me. I made eye contact with one of the gentleman in the huddle and he didn’t budge. The alert for assistance was going off so it all was visible. I ended up going to another register to fix the issue I had. I will not step foot in there again.
