Place is a joke. Drove the car in for inspection, it needed nothing. they had it for 7 hours only to learn he broke my belt on a joy ride and he drove back to the shop with the serpentine broken, so who knows what internal damage is done to the engine. Got 3 different stories as to why my belts broken. one of them being I installed it wrong when it's the belt that's been on it, never touched that belt myself. The cars been driving fine for 3 years for a supposed incorrectly installed belt. One would think it would have overheated years ago if that were even a possibility ro drive it in such a condition. But the positive he passed the vehicle when it should have failed? he said outta guilt? Whatever that means. Weird part is everything is brand new on that car from when the insurance fixed it from deer damage. So if it should have failed why pass it? , 10 outta 10 AVOID!, Something sketchy with them. Been going there the last 8 years, use to be decent, idk what happened to em. Rather than accept responsibility over a 20 dollar belt and refuse to fix it outta their pocket being they broke it doing idk what when he didn't even have my permission to drive my car around. Desk lady said it's law and mandatory he test drives cars he inspects, idk if thats true or not however as ive said, 8 years hes never driven my car nowhere but on the lift and back cause ive watched him, the one time i leave it with him, it gets screwed up. Even when I had my tow driver pick up my car from them, he said mines the 8th one he's hauled off his lot recently...that says enough for me to never return or refer them agin. Pitty, thought they were decent people and never had a problem in the past. Perhaps brooks running the garage vs the last guy is just a problem. And the desk lady just goes full blow swear at the customer when called out, I didn't swear until after cursed at. Not how you talk to people lady. Certainly not how you run a business.

this place will rip you off so badly you will always be broke! do not go to them for work or to lease a horrible car with multiple huge issues that your will be lied to about. they seem all folksy and friendly but it's a sherrod, a scam. any other place in a 30 mile radius will provide 100% more professionalism, skill, honesty, and experience. warn all your friends and family. you will drive to the "businesses " (it's really just a dirt lot with a little garage and a severly obese man in a t shirt with bountiful holes and tattered pants pretending to be a mechanic) upon arival in you functioning drivable vehicle, you will be ignored and treated as an inconvenience. they will more than likely tell you the need to keep your car for atleast a few days. they will then damage your vehicle so severly that you can not drive it home. look, i wouldn't waste my time saying this if it didn't absolutely mean so much to me that i feel it's my duty to warn others. i'm a low income individual and i made a major error chosing the place that dosent even inspect vehicles, just slap the sticker on and go. just by that i should have known to not trust them. they're all shady. even the two women that do nothing but sit and talk very loudly while you're in the one tiny bench waiting room with a dirty flea ridden stray cat that they let hang out for some crazy reason. they cause hardship for so many. let this be the mistake you don't make. someone should investigate them for sure!! they're all criminals.

I paid for a car with a brand new clutch and in good mechanical condition fully looked over they said…. however I definitely did not get that I had to get the work done else where for stuff braking some just moments after leaving the shop. after buying it many things ranging from a 20$ fix diy to near a thousand dollar project!! Just miles down the road keep in mind never even had it back to my house yet. The cars left me stranded many many times due to things just being rigged together and falling apart parts literally falling off, welded, cut in half etc. overall good people but If you value your money I’d highly recommend going elsewhere else.Service: Transmission

I am a disabled Vet. The people here took good care of me when I was in a very rough spot. They worked with me to afford the repairs to my vehicle that I needed to get to the Hospital for treatment. The work they did was done right the first time. They didn't make me feel stressed about anything. I would highly recommend them. The prices are the lowest you'll find for quality work. So make a list of stuff you want done to your vehicle an stop by to see the savings!
