It's rare for this office to actually answer a phone call, and if you do somehow get ahold of them about a complaint with your mail courrier they simply hang up on you or tell you it's not their problem and deliveries are purely up to the drivers discretion. They pretty much said we don't have to deliver anything if we don't want to. They haven't delivered mail to us for 2 days after trying to complain about their past missed deliveries.
UPDATE: After complaining in person our mail has not been delivered for a week so far! The newest reason is a "bees nest" yet they left absolutely no notice or told us. After picking up our mail in person at the office they decided to say something about it.

left mail box open while it was pouring rain and refused to deliver a package because our dog was on a runner outside (he isnt even in reach of mail delivery drivers). don't be a delivery driver if you are scared of animals ;)

Never answers the phone and when you get mail that's not yours you say something and it just gets ignored and put back in your mailbox

The worst.... do not pay any attention to any forms completed online. Keep putting mail for people no longer living at residence that I've marked as such back in my mailbox!! I had 5 weeks of a weekly periodical finally delivered in 1 day. Publication couldn't figure out why all of a sudden they weren't be delivered. Lo and behold, they all showed up.

Kaitlyn was very friendly, polite and helpful. There is no way I could find anything negative to say. TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE SHE PROVIDED.

I am surprised by the negative reviews so I felt compelled to leave my feedback.My daily mail carrier always greets me with a smile, very nice lady. There was one time ants had taken over the mailbox - after work I went down to spray them but to my surprise she had already taken care of them!The manager at the post office is professional and returns calls within hours. I once submitted a request online to get the status of a delivery. I actually received a personal phone call from that same manager asking me if I needed any more help.

Always loses my mail and can never do anything about it. Seems as if they see it's possibly important and then never deliver it. Going on two years and this has happened 4 times. When we call they aren't friendly or helpful and "can't do anything" utterly useless.

This is how the Fleetwood Post office delivers your packages! Stopped in to talk to the Post Master, he/she is never there or never available. Left two in person messages for a call back from him/her, still waiting.

People always hating on the post office, I send hundreds of packages a month. This office is always friendly, and gives me great service. I do try to be courteous and respectful of them and they return it in each case. When something doesn't go my way, I understand it's not their fault, they're just doing their job.

Woman carrier redelivered my package next day but confronts me before I can even open the door - all this about my redelivery request! Ranting included although I explained I didn't mean any harm by what I said. Still she was RUDE, Unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Just be careful guys! This was all over me saying I didn't get a delivery notice slip.

Horrible communication. No one picks up when you call and the wait time is astronomical. No extra help in solving a delivery problem. Postal delivered never put notices on door. Never knocked on door to deliver package and we were sitting right by the door!!. The prompts and phone set up is horrible, just to ask for redelivery. Ugh
