“I went here with my girl since she was looking for a used vehicle and the customer service was great. The vehicle we purchased was so clean that I told her to go for it. The price was a little over the book value but the super clean condition of the vehicle made us paid for it. The lady Melanie wa very helpful with the transaction. I been in the auto industry all my life and after going to about 10 other places. We made the purchase at Senda Auto. I wouldn't recommend no used car lot to nobody since used vehicles are very dangerous to purchase if you don't know nothing about the market and mechanical but they got a great selection of used vehicles on their lot right on North 6th st Reading PA. Just make sure to check your vehicle and your documents before anything and like I said if I ever need to buy again definitely I will stop by Senda Auto again.”

“From start to finish, I could not have had a better experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, gave me estimates at every step of the way. My 2007 Jeep (180,000 miles) hasn't run this well for a long time. Ryan was honest and upfront and is a very skilled mechanic. He gave me a run down of my vehicle and saved me from trading it in (as suggested by a different place) - I was not looking forward to another car payment and I LOVE my Jeep. When I went to pick it up, Ryan showed all the parts he had replaced and the price for the work was great! - I was quoted twice as much at previous mechanic with an (if it can even be fixed) So happy with Sterner's - they are awesome - gave me my car back, safe, inspected and reliable.....(plus they have a really cute office cat) I will be taking our other vehicles here from now on! Make sure to check them out...it will be worth your while!”
“Fast service, doesn't try to charge you for things you don't need. I got my car inspected, he was honest and told me next year it will not pass for breaks and tires. He recommended to separate the replacement in stages to not be such a large cost.”
