Stay away from this carrier dealer they would charge for the air you breath In there I was charge $630 for a download and a setting change on a unit it took them less than a half hour but want to charge almost $700 disposal charge for a download smh ??♂️ stay away from this place

Came in 6/5/2023 needing refrigerant for a reefer trailer THAT'S ALL. I was informed that they need to do a diagnostic 1st. My company approved that, I waited all day then wz told that they needed a part that wouldn't come in until the morning and that the trailer work would be completed 1st thing in the morning. I came back in the morning and they said well another trailer has priority so my company decided too end the work being done. Penn Power Group is now trying too charge $1,000 for a censor change that wasn't approved for and labor before I can leave with the trailer. My company asked to speak too a manager, Penn Power Group said the manager was in meetings. I personally saw who I believe to be the manager leaving an hour before this happened. They're basically holding my trailer ransom for $1,000 for work not ask for! IF YOUR A DRIVER AND DON'T WANT TOO WASTE TIME STAY AWAY!!! 6/6/2023

I sat all day waiting for a part that wz supposed too fix my trailer. Just found out the part won't fix my trailer and they want over $800 for the part and labor. Then had the nerve too ask if I still want the problem fixed! I'm appalled and at a lost for words!

Had my driver stop in for some trailer work on a 53' reefer unit. They supposedly swapped out a part that I didn't approve without fixing the problem and are charging over $1,000 before my driver can leave.

I got to 2 shop before visit this place to fix my reefer, this place found the problem and fix it very quick like 1 hour and very good price!.

Was early for my appointment, got me in and out in 3.5hrs. (That was about how early I was, I pulled out a half hour after my appointment time. Very happy with my service. My APU runs wonderfully now!
