I have never had an issue with this brand. I have a large neck and the slim fit 18.5 inch shirts fit perfect. I've had to return a few as I ordered duplicates. Easy returns. Sometimes takes about 10 days to get back to the factory. All in all a great experience.

Used to be better. The ridiculous amount of shirts that are non-iron is annoying.
