I've had some issues with this place in the past. The first thing you will notice is that the waiting area is rather dirty. One time I took my car to get a part replaced because it was leaking coolant. I showed Dean exactly which part it was. My car was just sitting in the lot for about 6 weeks. I got sick of waiting and finally just came to pick it up. I took my car to a junk yard and was able to get the faulty part replaced on the spot in about an hour. Another time, I brought my car for an oil change and asked for an idle flush (where you pour a detergent in with the old oil to clean out the engine). I brought all of my own supplies (oil, filter, and flush fluid). Dean wanted $80 for what was a 15 minute job. The mechanic I take my car to know does the same kind of oil change with a flush for $15.The one positive I can think of is that this place is more lenient with inspections.Personally, I've decided to take my car elsewhere. This place is very hit or miss and doesn't really have its act together.
